I am convinced that some time in the 90s on British TV, possibly on 'This Morning' there was a recipe for chocolate cake that used grated courgette [zucchini] - am I remembering wrong or is someone able to supply me with the recipe, please? Thanks, Ian.

I like rotini because it has a short cook time, and its spiral shape will hold the sauce.

almost 8 years ago, someone got a cake from baskin-robbins that has whipped cream icing. it was a plain chocolate cake (not ice cream). it was REALLY good. baskin-robbins says they don't make that kind of icing, but i want to get that for my daughters birthday. where can i buy one like it or how do i make the icing (i live in north carolina for store suggestions)?

I hate cooking but love eating. LOL I always buy the store bought but would like to try making one on my own. Have never tried to so would like an easy recipe please. I love eggplant, zucchini, broccoli. One that would include these vegetables. No websites please. I want one that's been tried and loved in your own kitchen. Thanks.
