I don't drink. I have only tried a few things. Some were good and others weren't. I don't see the need for people to have parties where all they do is drink and hang out. I mean if you need alcohol just to have fun then where is the fun in that? Maybe it is just me. I mean if there is more to the party then yeah that is cool. BUT people just getting together to drink what is the fun in that? Bars, restaurants, weddings etc are different stories. Why can't some people just respect my wishes? I don't mind going to parties or out to eat where others drink. I just don't want the person I go with to get falling down drunk. I don't mind being a designated driver. Why can't people drink occasionally and NOT get drunk every time? Is any of that so wrong????? Comments PLEASE!!

i am 22 years old and currently going to school, but soon need to take a semester off and find a better job so i can continue school...i would like to go to a bartending school and learn the skills and get a job hopefully...Please let me know where is a cheap place to go, where i can learn about the drinks, and anything else to know...i have done some research of my own but rather hear yours too...thank you for your time.

I dont drink everyday but when i get nervous or i'm going out somewhere to meet people i have to have drink inside me,i sometimes feel i cant socialse without it because i like the relaxing affect i get from it,i'm careful that i dont drink too much,i can talk to people without getting nervous thats why i do it,on the days i dont drink i think about alcohol,what do you think?

i drink every day.....most nights 1/2 -3/4 a bottle ov spirit,i have baillys in my coffee first thing in morning & will start my first drink about 6pm if i have 2 drive , or 2ish if i dont have 2 drive anywere!.....if some 1 was 2 say....chocolate or glass of red wine.......id go wine!but jus cause i like a drink does it make me a wino??

On the back of the bottle it says it has a peachy vanilla and coconut aroma. Does that mean it has coconut in it? If so, do the coconut enzymes break down in fermentation? I got a bottle of the Yellow Tail Chardonnay as a gift and I'm highly allergic to coconut and I want to know if it is safe to drink it.

(I posted this once before but it would not allow me to add more to the question so let me try this again)

OKay everyone I am turning 21 very soon and i can not wait to go get plastered,I dont like beer I think it tastes bad, I do like drinks that taste good and dont have a bad after taste, anybody know of the type of drinks that would be best for me???

For the person that tried giving me the "lecture on turning 21 and being immature because I want to go out and have fun" that is the thing I want to go out and have fun, I work 50+ hours a week and I go to school full time, and always save my money for a change I want to go out and induldge myself in all the alcohol I can! muahaha, + this won't be even near my 1st time getting plastered, I had said that I haven't drank that much, I should have cleared it up by stating, I have never found anything I really like that much i usually just drink like smirnoff flavored drinks
I just want to be confident while ordern' at the bar

I know a bloke who does, but if they are in their packaging they would be fine and not wasted.
Best before is usually still OK if its just a couple of weeks out.
Use by would be more risky but who hasn't risked it before when desperate, tee, hee!

saturday night at 2 am, my friends and i got pulled over. they were both drunk and i wasn't cause i was driving. i only drank 1.5 bears and about 3/4 of a shot of vodka at around 8 early that night.(6 hrs before we got pulled over) we got off the hook with the cop, but would i have blown anything on the breathalizer? im 6 ft 2in and about 175 lbs if that mattters. if i didnt blow anything, would i have still got in trouble for just driving two drunk 17 years olds. im 16

I'm 5'10, 120 lbs. I can drink 3 shooters of vodka in 45 minutes and not feel a thing. Could I take 11 'shooterdrinks' in 4 hours and not get drunk? Which means approx. 1 shooter every 20 minutes or would the amount of alcohol stack up and cause drunkeness? I need to drink that amount if I want to have a free jacket before the promotion ends, but I don't want to be plastered! Any advice on how to drink without getting too drunk?
