when a new girl I just met not too long ago starts calling me "honey," joked around and tells me she "loves" me, always ask me about my weekend or work, joked around about moving in with me as a roomie, and acts giddy around me? Ok so theres this boy at my school i really really like.
And actually he started liking me first.
So thats not the problem.
But I'm afraid kids are gunna make fun of us if we date.
I want to but i hate how involved other kids have to get.

I know that now isn't even going to matter in
A year,
Or even a week in this case.
But right now it sucks to get made fun of.

Hes not ugly or fat
AT ALL!!!
Actually he's the last thing from that.
And he's really sweet,
Like nicer than any guy I've ever even thought of dating.
But kids are weird at our school.

What should i do?

My boyfriend will talk to me in public like around my sister and stuff but sometimes he just mumbles and is it just because he is shy and he doesn't like to show affection to the public?We hardly ever talk at school and when I try talking to him while were walking down the street from school all he does is mumble.

I'm gettin together with a old friend from college next week and back in college I kinda use to have a thing for her...but then kinda lost interest and we kept lil communication

i am somewhat attracted to her but im like that with all girls...gonna grab some food next week should i do lunch or dinner? she workin 8-5pm so lunch would be only for like 30-45 mins or less dependin on her lunch but if we do dinner we dont have to rush or anything cuz itd be after 6pm plus we can jus hang out or whatever afterwards. what do u think i should do? and what to do afterwards? A couple of things I need a little help with.

My situation: High School, sophomore, see this girl three or more times a day, shes in my grade. I'm more of a traditional guy - opening doors, pulling out chairs, etc. First date coming up - dinner/movie date, wondering how to proceed after. Never had a girl friend before, and hoping she is my first one.

1. How long after the first date should I call her and what do I say?
2. I notice a lot of kids holding hands and hugging/kissing in the hallway. How many dates until this becomes customary?

I know some of this may seem like obvious questions but any advice would be greatly appreciated. It would be better for those of you answerers who are in high school, guys or ladies that have been on dates.

My girlfriend and I have been seeing each other now for a good two years. Lately it's been nothing but fight, after fight, after fight. We decided to take a break from each other and she started seeing someone else. She called me up one night about a week ago and told me she wanted to break up and start a relationship with this other guy. I was a bit shocked and very upset. Well... Apparently, that other guy had no interest in her lead her on and then dumped her about two days later.

It hurt me and I wasn't sure i wanted much to do with her anymore. She came to my house that night crying hysterically. I know she did not like the guy she dumped me for that much. She told me things were a bit awkward and she had plans on dumping him anyways. (weird) But anyways she came to me crying hysterically asking me to take her back. At that time I really wanted to work things out with her I love her i truley do.

Recently though, I've thought about our relationship and to be honest (be cont.)

ok Here it is i am a 21 year old single male i have a Friend that i like and know for about 4 or 5 years now we met in high school she as a bf i know him me and him are cool but from time to time she breaks up with him so that in a way make me happy. but when it comes to me she get mad at every lil thing i do like not picking up my cellphone when she call me or complaining that i am not listening to her when she is talking. so sometimes we do our lil breaking up thing where we wont talk to each oter for weeks to a month then she will call me back like everthing was cool .now i have been changeing jobs because i am haveing problems with my job i was fed up with it and the people i work with so i told her i was quitting. i was called for a job interveiw a week before i quit my job . so i told my friend that i left my job and she kind of got me mad because she called me stupid because i left my job before finding out if i got the other job. now i am saying to myself what are u mad for.

So there's this guy I've been casually dating for the past 2 months. We've been really happy with each other and we've never argued over anything. But we just realized that right now is a bad time for the both of us to be dating b/c we just have too much of a busy schedule and that we should see what summer brings. allright i met this girl at a party about 4wks ago and me and her hit it off right from the start. Then the following week i found out some thing that kinda was very crazy, i found out that me and her were born in the same city, in the same hospital, on the same month, in the same year, and she was born one day behind me, plus we met out here in Oklahoma, but we were born in Memphis, TN!!!! Her grandfather is a baptist preacher, so is my grandfather, her uncle is a preacher, so is my uncle. And there is alot of other things that me and her have in common. I think that we are meant to be together .When we are together she is all over me and i am all over her. But the only thing that scares me is that when we met she was with some other guy, and she cheated on him with me. ok so me and my ex spent this weekend together, we arent trying to get back together as a couple, we're just trying to be friends for now and if anything happens so be it. well we both agreed that we'd be casual about the whole thing, i dont call him everyday and he doesnt call me everyday because thats one reason why we broke up bc he felt like i was smothering him. so he added me back to his myspace or whatever, and i have guys on my myspace and he has girls on his. well i saw that he was online and i sent him a message, and he told me that i couldnt be smothering him all the time and that i wasnt serious about him anyway bc i had a bunch of guys leaving me comments! thats the first time i tried to contact him since we hung out this weekend! how is that smothering him? dont friends message each other? we broke up in oct and we've only seen each other maybe 5 times since oct ... and this weekend was the first time we had hung out as friends. whats his deal?
