Lets say your a open person who is attracted to any race, color, look, and etc. Your crush is a different "race" than you. Would you fear that he/she would believe stereotypes about your group?

Example: I'm Asian and I have a crush on a Caucasian girl from class. I'm worried she would assume I'm a nerd, reserve, a foreigner (I'm not one), a martial arts master, a dog eater, or whatever. Even if she doesn't express it, what if she keeps these in mind about me?

Is it normal to think someone will judge you by your race?

I have been seeing a guy for 3 years now and i love spending time with him,the only problem is he wont commit to me and have a serious relationship,i'm sort of fine with it now but i see him only now and again when he's not busy. I've been seeing this new guy for 4months,he says he loves me,wants to marry me,kids etc but he is a bit of a control freak,i'm confused and feel like i should break it off with my bf of 3 years but my new guy dumped me for a few days then got back together with me like nothing happened,he also said he's going away in Jan to work abroad for a few months,i dont want them to find out about each other but i feel like i should do the right thing and break it off with my guy of 3years but what if this new guy messes me about again?

We have been together for 5 1/2 years and things aren't rosy. My husband has been disabled now for 1 1/2. I work, study and look after the house and he cares for our son during work hours. Thing is we hardly talk and he never shows much affection. He is often more engrossed in computers or something and with us both studying we don't get to bed past midnight and hardly ever get jiggy with it. He is very tired and on painkillers etc but am I being selfish to expect cuddles etc as I never get any attention. When I lose it and argue with him he never says much. If we row I always have to make the move to sort it. It's like he loves me but does't want me around really. He says I am beautiful sometimes but never thinks about me etc. I clean and do all the jobs and am exhausted but when I come home he has never done anything even though he could do little jobs. I am so tired of being thoughful and caring but never getting anything back. He says he forgets but surely that means he doesn't

friends! yesterday i went town with my husband & in-laws, my husband 's birthday is coming on 8th of dec. so i decided to buy him some present , so i asked him that i wanted to be alone for a while because i want somthing private, he left me there & went towards his parents. i bought the present & than went towards them but my mother in law asked me that what i had in that shopping bag, i said its nothing, but she insisted that i must show her, i told her that its nothing it is just a present for him(my husband) she insulted me so much infront of my husband & his father & said why did i buy it,i was about to cry its was really hard for me to controll myself but i did.but you know my husband said that u should not buy these things . he took his mother's side, i m so upset, i bought something for him with so much love but they didnt care.. what should i do now?? i wana put that present in the bin....

I think i have a sort of problem because in the past four months, i am constantly sad all the time and this is spiralling out of control. i used to have really great friends who i was loyal to until they went nasty and went immaturish. they became people who only lived to fool around and laugh at people and crack jokes. i never found them funny and they cant take things seriously and they usually take bad situations as a joke. but they countlessly make fun out of everything and its driving me to the bend. i coudnt ditch them because i gave them chances and they expected me to be fun and be just like them. to entertain each other and be fun to be with. they became class clowns and i feel i have to be like them so i try to be funny too and hope to be accepted so they ignore me because i aint like them. now i cant stop and i feel i have to be fun to everyone and its making me annoyed. i always worry how i can be like them and accept me. i cant stop worrying about this!!!! thx alot!

Im very patient & have bided my time with her,
Tonight I was talking with her for ages & she was tellin me bout her boyfriend being a complete sh*thead & she's going to finish with him. He treats her like crap and also never gets her little presants or anything.
Blah blah blah ,. . . Money is absolutely no object to me & I always like to go completely against the grain, all the time.

I will buy her a white gold pendant and chain tomorrow and expect absolutely nothing in return for it. After all, its just a gift and Im a generous type of guy.

Is this a bad idea..??

Im afraid that it might somehow create complications!

Okay I have a guy friend that I really like but it seems like the relationship isn't going to happen from my perspective. He tends to flirt with me at times but never hints at wanting more although it does seem like it at times like when he touches my knee and invites me to go places with him. I really like him but I don't want to ruin the friendship by making things awkward if I confront him about it so I haven't made a move either. On the other hand I have another guy friend that does like me and wants to date me. He seems more like a friend to me though but I've been considering giving it a try with him. But then I think how I can't get the other guy out of my mind and I wonder if it would really work out. I want to give the guy friend that likes me a try but I just don't know if I should because there is always the chance my other guy friend like me even though I've thought it not possible. Both are really good friends but I really don't know wat to do so please help!

My girlfriend and I have been together for a little over 2 months. She says she is happy and I can tell she is. Well in a couple of weeks her and her ex have plans to go see a movie together. They have hung out a couple of times, but my girlfriend insists they are just friends. She says there is nothing for me to worry about. I'm a junior in high-school and there's this girl that sits by me in a couple of my classes. We talk to each other a lot, but I can't exactly read whether she likes me or not. She's really popular and a lot of guys like her, but she hasn't had a boyfriend in quite a while. My wife and I are having some trouble. I don't even really fully understand what it's about but she is upset and boarders day to day on wheather or not she wants a divorce. I don't want to leave my home and my children,( my wife either for that matter). If she decided that was that I know the court would eventually give her the house and she would get the kids more than me I know too.
Question is how long can I hold out if I don't want to go and what can I do to prolong being under the same roof as my children?

Hello everyone how are yall. I hope everyone is doing well. Ok i need major advice/help. Ok so there is this guy that I really like. I believe he is from Pakistan. He is the sweetest guy i've ever met. I've known him like since a month after school was already in. I dont think he knows that I really like him or how I really feel about him. I think he likes me too but he's giving me mixed signals. His sister told my sister that he talkes about me all the time. I am african americn girl that is exteremely shy, and nice. HeHe comes to my desk at school everyday and ask me how my day was. We are very good friends but I am still to shy to tell him how I feel.
