My present husband adopted my children after we got married, I am now in the process of a divorce from him. The girls biological father wants rights to them and wants them to have his last name..Can an adoption be revoked or does he have to adopt them himself..how does this work..The girls want to change their name because the adopted dad isnt in the picture, and never calls them or comes to see them.

Ok, so my friend, when it comes to sports, is usually better than me (not like i care), so when we joined cross country we both thought she would be way better, but it turned out that i was, and that made her really, secretly (i can read people so well) angry. so she started getting all competetive, and ended up tripping me (it was an accident but it was result of competetivness) and that fractured my patella so i was out the rest of the season and she hardly apologized.

so season is over and we were saying we should stay in shape together, but i found out she's been running on her own while her brother rides his bike along side her, and by the way she was saying, i know that it's so she can get better than me by track.

so what should i do? should i hit the training really hard to be better than her? or just focus on my own life? what do you think? thanks for the advice!

I know a guy whos girlfriend has a kid from a previous relationship.

He has affairs that she does not know about...but says he uses protection. His reasoning to me was that he is just "playing around" and that she actually had some other guys seed growing inside of her. He is reminded of this other guy daily, because the kid looks like the ex (who he has to see regularly).

I don't know if this is an insecurity issue or not. I told him he should split up with her, and try to find someone else if he can't deal with it...but he says all women are the same. What do you think?

My ex-husband lives in another state and has vacation time in addition to the holidays that are coming up.

He wants to spend time with our daughter who is 15 and just moved in with me. He has asked me twice if he can come and see her and I have said its okay.

However, he still does not know that my daughter and I are living in an apartment on our own separate from my parents. He sent our daughter to me thinking she would be in a home with a family structure. My mother had asked me to move out and so my daughter and I did.

Now, I am not sure of his holiday plans and my parents are putting pressure on my daughter and I to take a road trip with them.

My daughter tried to mention to my ex-husband that we will probably be moving into an apartment and he was very angry and upset at the idea. I know its not his decision to make as long as our daughter is in a safe and healthy environment which she is.

I am thinking its best to leave the decision up to him.

I went out partying in some posh bars in Manchester, and i met this guy who was really sweet and flirty with me.
One thing led to another, and i ended up going back to his really posh house in Hale Barns.
Anyway i slept with him, but i cant remember much. When i woke up this morning, he told me that he was a premiership footballer, but i cant say which club he plays for.

I feel really stupid, and dirty with myself for going with this guy.
He is very good looking, but i dont know whether he's just using me. As you know, many footballers have a reputation with girls. I am not into football, thats why i didnt recognise who he was.

Since i left his house today, he has been constantly texting me, and the occasional call. But i dont know what to do or say.

Can you give me some advice please ?

We have been married for a little over 3 years, and have had an ongoing issue about chores around the house. We both work full-time and don't have any kids. I am under the impression that he feels as if he should not have to do chores, unless HE wants to do them. The only thing that he will do when he does is wash the dishes. When I say he washes the dishes, that's what he does. He wipes off the countertops and the stove, but he refuses and I mean refuses to clean and clear all the stuff off the table in the kitchen. Also, he rarely sweeps and never mops the kitchen floor. He usually won't put up all the pantry items either (that were left out). Also, he never throws away leftovers that have been in the refrigerator. If I want it done I have to do it. He will, on occasion, "straighten up" the living room. That involves clearing off the coffee and end tables, straightening the pills up on the couch and maybe vaccuuming but that's it. He never dusts or polishes the furniture.

We've been broken up for 4 years and have 2 children. In the beginning he was threatening revenge (yes, infedility), now, 4 years later he's drinking excessively and has threatened suicide many times. When i reach out and offer support, help, whatever i can do (because i DO take this very seriously), he tells me to butt out and leave him along. He claims we're all better without him. I'm worried. He's very "driven" and I feel he's going to do it.... He doesn't want to see anyone or talk to anyone... doesn't want help, doesn't think it will help.

Ladies, please help me with honest opinions. My ex girlfriend got married 10 months ago. We were together for 4 years, but we broke up bcs. of distance, and decided to "take time off to see what we really wanted." On the rebound or out of desperation of something, I dont know, she got married a few months after we broke up with an old friend. Since this, she has contacted many times telling me she still loves me, is too confused, didnt think well about getting married, etc. I love her too much, but I havent send her emails, texts, etc, she is the ONE who has always emailed me. This being said, I just found that she blocked me on MSN Messenger. Is this her way of moving on? I know I shouldnt be thinking like this, but I am praying for some miracle for us to be back together. Why did she block me? is it to stop her from feeling bad when she sees my name? did her husband tell her to do it? or has she decided to just accept her marriage and try to give it a shot?

I never saw my wife happier than yesterday as she made put on a bra , pantyhose, and heels and try on dresses.
She thinks this is so funny and fun to see me wear womens stuff and try and walk in heels! Why?

Today when I was on the phone with my fiance, he was talking about his mom, and said she was the BIGGEST part of his life. Then he quickly added, oh and your a big part too. It makes me nervous, because I feel since he has asked me to marry him we should both be the BIGGEST parts of his life, I don't think one should take rank over the other. I am planning on moving 2 hours away from my family to be with him, and now i'm having doubts, I don't even rank in a top spot of his life. I just feel so afraid to leave everyone I love behind, to be w/ someone who can't even put me as their priority... I'm just confused.

im starting to get tired. of my relationship. i have a huge trust issue and sometimes my bf does stupid stuff that i believe, but my mind is like , you cant believe that it doesnt sound right.and its about where he was and what he did. and i love him with all my heart but im so jealous,(he doesnt see that part, i hide it), and i get my feelings hurt alot,(sometimes i hide it but if i cant i blow up and get mean and make him feel bad). he really isnt a bad guy and i know if i continue, that i will lose him. im ready to give up. maybe relationships arnt for me, cause i try to make them work, this one has lasted 7 months. and believe me it has been a lot for me to hang in there with my internal demons. but im getting tired of fighting with them, and feeling like im going no where with them, like all my work and im still the same. and he is too nice to deal with this, should i just wave a flag and be done? he will eventually leave anyway. ive talked to him about this before and he says..

I am currently separated from my husband of 8 years, we have 2 small children together. I thought we were trying to work on our marriage, I am in another state, and we were going to try to work on this long distance. I have recently found out he has been seeing and sleeping with someone. I also know he has told her he loves her, they have been together about 2 months. She has no kids and likes to party like him. This man is now going to be divorced twice with 3 kids (he has one from another marriage). How can a 23 year old girl possibly understand the pressures of having to deal with 2 ex wives and a middle aged man that is broke. Why would he tell me he still loves me, but still continues to see this girl? I need some advice, especially from a man, as I am really pissed, hurt and I feel betrayed.

I have been married to Tom for 4 yrs. Tom has a 8 yr old son from his last marrage that he loves to death and so do I. I have been in his sons life since he was 2 ys old. For every b-day/x-mas Tom and I always go in on gifts for his son and sign the gifts from both of us. Well this yr for x-mas Tom wants to get him a guitar as he use to play in a band and its always been "his" dream for his son to follow in his foot steps. This is a very special gift as this is all Tom talks about and he has put a lot of time in making sure everything is perfect. Well the other day Tom told me he wants me to get his son something else as he just wants the guitar to be from him not both of us. I'm hurt about this as we allways put the gifts from both of us and if this is so speical why is he excluding me from this his wife. Please tell me an I over reacting?

He writes back that he's going to bed because he's going to a b-ball game tomorrow what am i doing. I just said, think i'm going to such and such place. He wrote back, nice. I SO wish i had not texted, however i figured since he'd been the one initiating, id try it once. So why do i feel rejected?

A guy I was flirting with turned out was and still is married. He's just married for a year, he's wife is 23 and he's already cheating on her. He doesn't just cheat his wife, he lies about his marital status to all the girls he hooks up with.

I know his wife's Myspace profile. Should I anonymously send her a simple message and let her know the case (or at least give her a question mark) or stay out of it?

I'm aware it's not my business even though I'm one of the victims here but I've been hurted by jerkish guys myself a thousand times and I would like to know it if my newly husband is cheating on me. Especially before I have his kids (they have no kids) and when I'm still 23.

He doesn't even use protection when he's having sex. He sleeps with numerous girls and like I said they all think he is single. I think about this subject everytime I login to Myspace. What should I do?
