I'm nineteen. Since graduating high school, my life definately has changed. My friends who were friends in high school aren't so much my friends anymore. They've drastically changed. I also have never had a boyfriend and I honestly don't think I'll ever have one. I don't see how any boy could like me. I'm not pretty, and I'm not real smart. I know God put us here on earth for a reason, but I just don't know what my reason is. No body, even my family, seems to like me. I just feel hopeless. I don't know what to do with my so called "life". I just think my life is a joke. I don't have any real good friends so this computer is basically all I have. I just don't know what to do. Will I ever find true love?

A lady came into my office the other day to fill out a form..one of the questions was about spouse information. Helping her with the form, I said, "Are you married or single?" -- which she replied, "No, I'm single. I was married once, it was a Popcorn Wedding."

I replied with some 'Oh okay' and onto the next question... but I didnt have a clue what she meant??

Possibilities or clues??
a).... she could have been a lesbian, but thats DEFINATELY not for sure.
b).... I'm gay (but dont have the greatest gaydar--- but I wasn't hitting on her, and think she knew that I wasnt

c).... Wikipedia and Google/Yahoo don't pull up anything for that phrase

d).... does it just mean "it's quick and then it's over?"

My ex fiance would bring me lunch and/or flowers to my job at least 3 times a week and we always looked so much in love to everybody. We didn't get married, I don't wear my ring , and it's been 3 months since he's been around. However this man on my job always says stuff like, " I ain't seem my man in a while...." or today it was "I miss seeing those flowers come through here..." I thought he'd get the picture by now, and besides he never knew my ex beyond a hello, and we're not that coolso i usually just ignore him. He put me in a bad mood with his comment today. telling him my business isn't an option because he's nobody but I do want him to stop. Any suggestions for a professional nice/nasty way to tell him to stick it up his santa claus and quit the garbage. I HIGHLY doubt that it's some sort of attraction on his behalf- he is just a busy body!

I have the worst inlaws ever I swear!!
My mother in law says that I don't cook and clean properly!
She is such a Pac Rat she keeps ever box for everthing she ever buys.
I am serious she has empty boxes from 1995. 10 years now Come on Now!!
My father in law doesn't like pictures being hung on walls or painting!
I will give you a prime example
We were living in this one house that was painted a Khaki green color and he didn't like it and he said that they ruined it by painting it and that the depreciated it's value by like $$20,000. I didn't agree with him!!
The other day they came to my house and I had all my Christmas decortions out and they were giving me crap in my own house for hanging up things and putting a few tacs in the wall to hang things up They were like why do you have to do that why are you making holes in your walls
I lost it and I told them I was in the Christmas spirit and I refuse to live in a Hospital with white walls and nothing on them

Ok, i'm a really shy guy to most ppl, mostly girls, but as soon as someone starts a conversasion i can sometimes talk like i do with my friends. There's alot of girls i know but i cant talk to them i just get nervous. I'm also a big gamer nerd and i keep mostly to myself whereas the girl i like is outgoing and likes to be funny.

So this girl i like, not sure if she likes me. We only talk in class sometimes and when she does talk to me it's usually just jokes about me. To be honest i really don't know much about her but from what i know she's a great person. i'm not sure how to approch her and i doubt she'd make the first move. Also, the thing is that there's not a good time to talk to her, her friends are around her talking or the rest of the class would notice.

So i need some advice for help making the first move. i was thinking about asking for her e-mail or give her mine and talk to her more online then maybe ask her out later? any other ideas?

I have been dating this great guy for over a month.The first couple weeks we talked a lot. We talk now but our conversations are based on our plans for the weekend.More emailing and texts now. (We see each other 1X week) I am moving away in a couple weeks due to a job.I don't know if getting close scares him b/c I am leaving? I can't explain how we are when we are together. You would think we have dated for years.Very comfortable and relaxed.Very sweet and generous to me.But I am just questioning his part.He warned me about commitment issues because of a family issue going on.He explained it wouldn't be fair to me because he has issues he needs to handle at home.Which I understand.Family always comes first.I know the only answer is from him but I feel embarrassed admitting how much I actually like him. I don't want to get hurt but at the same I want to take that chance and know what he is thinking.what should I do without sounding crazy? I really like this one but I'm scared!

I kept trying to get back with this guy that I hurt, but couldn't never get a hold of him. I asked for advice on here and got told to leave him alone. That I had done my part and now it was time for him to do his. Well it took a couple of weeks,but he finally called. He said I hurt him by going away and that he will commit to me, but to please not hurt him again. I stayed with him for two days. We went shopping with his mom. She even asked me what I wanted for x-mas and I don't even know her that well. Then he took me to have dinner with his family. This was a trip because we have been best friends for over a year and I've never been to his moms before. Did it take me leaving and to stop trying before he finally realized what he wanted. Whats going on why the drastic changes?

Ok , so i'm not one of those poeple that puts tons of make up on her face at school, but all the people that i talk to at school think that i am really pretty, actually pretty and not fake. But the thing is, well lately i've had this feeling of being outside the crowd of my friends. I'm not sure what's happening, do they no longer like me? Why am i feeling so left out? ive liked this juy for while. but he gets really abnauxious but he makes up for it by his funniness i mean hes really funny. i really like him what should i do? i mean i really like him and i think he likes me too. when we're in class he always faces me (the whole body). when we're in class im dead silent but i sit next to him and i get into trouble all the time because he talks to me and he confesed but i dont know what happened now! okay, this is complicated, but errrr my dad has been working abroad for 11 years now and sees us for about half a year or sometimes less. and my mum found him having an affair 2 years ago, so since their relationship has been rocky but he refused to leave my mum and us, although is always a pain in the head and has been ever since i can remember, my mum has more confidence now since the affair and since we all have grown up.
he gets angry all the time and sometimes overly possessive,
so my mum said something over the phone to him and he got angry and my mum said she is tired of the head ache and cant be bothererd apologising now, so my dad hasnt spoken to any of us for 5 days now, its not fair because we did nothing, especially poor children, i had a really crap year last year wen i graduated from uni, i cant b bothered now since im busy (work and have post grad study) i dont like him constantly depressing me, wen i want to concentrate my life at the mo. he hates our independence.
