There is this guy I've been seeing casually since this summer. When we met we both had gotten out of 4 year relationships so we were both trying to not get attached. Anyways, he called me the other night. He was upset cause his grandmother is dying. He said there was no one else he felt like he could call and he didn't want to call anyone else. He told me he loved me and he wanted to be attached now. Only problem is he had a few drinks before this so I really don't know whether to believe him. However he once told me if I really wanted to know something to ask him when he was drunk cause I would get more out of him. I have feelings for this guy. What do I do?

We have been together for a lil over a year and have a baby on the way. He has been talking about getting married. He gets upset when I say lets wait at least four years. I love him and want to be with him but not ready to get married. What do I do if he asks. The baby is due Feb. 14. I have a feeling that is when he is going to ask.

I am a 17 year old guy in high school. A girl came in this year who is more beautiful than could ever be put in words, both on the outside and inside. She has not one ounce of meanness and is so mature and caring, you would think she was older than me. We have gone on a few dates and are so physically attracted it is freaking me out because people are calling me a pedophile and stuff while all we do is kiss and I want her to be my best friend and wait until we can be together. Every time I get close I pull back because of the stupid remarks. Can't we just see each other and not have sex and not lose each other. I have had many girls in my life cause I'm considered good looking but I've never felt love like this and I'm so scared of losing her forever. I've never felt love meaning more than sex and maybe that is what it is. What can I say to the people who tell me not to date her or be her friend.

i was with my bf of 9 mons when his ex gf called his cell.he did not answer later i asked what she wanted and he said she did not leave a message.i thought something was fishy(he has a history of cheating with this person)so that same night when he was in the shower i listened to his voice mail and sure enough there was a long message from her in his saved messages(so he lisened to at least part of it).she went on about how shes been dreaming about him and misses him and you know the rest.i asked him again if she left a message and again he said no.when i told him what i did he flipped out and thru me out.yes what i did was not right but i did this only because i know he cheated on his ex-wife with her.2 days went by and i called him and he acted like nothing ever happened and never said a thing about it.what do you think?

I am getting ready to file for divorce but I am scared of my husband fighting me over my daughter. She is 17months old and I am the one that does everything for her.. My husband sees her maybe about an hour a week cause he works 16 hour days almost always 7 days a week. Do I stand a good chance of getting full custody of my daughter.. ???

my fiance and i set or date for our wedding about a yr ago but didn't feel as if we had to announce it yet. We set it for 06/26/08
my sister however told me on the phone 5 months ago about her date which is 06/27/08...two days before mine. I felt like because i didn't announce mine first she won that date. I know she is going to be mad because they are soo close and she might be on her honeymoon on my wedding. Now my fiance suprised me with a bigger engagment ring and asked me if we could keep our date. I really want to but my sister will be so mad. I don't want to plan my life around others but she is my immediate family. Do you think if i kept my date she has the right to be totally mad at me for it? We are pretty close.

Our finances are joint. She said she needed some clothes - no problem. When she came back she told me that she spent maybe a little more than I thought she would...maybe $400? Not sure she left the receipt in the car. I later find out it was just under $1200.
I am mad because we can't just spend money like that without consulting the other - we are not rich. The issue is not whether or not this will ruin us, because it won't, but - don't you have to at least discuss it with your husband/wife before you make a big purchase (maybe >$200)? I would never spend that kind of money without at least telling her I needed something.
She thinks I am just being cheap and is missing the point. If she really needed these clothes ok - fine. But the issue is that she made a big purchase without telling me. Is this not a big deal?

I have been married for 18 years, I was very young but I took the responsibility of raising his four kids (triplet girls & a boy - now young adults). After 17 years I finally became pregnant, after convinced that will never happen. For me she is my miracle baby (8 months old) - I found out of his affair before my pregnancy, he continously assured me that affair was over. I found out that the other woman had a baby when mine was 3 months old. She knew I was pregnant and did the same to make sure the affair did not end. I packed his things many times and told him to leave but his plea for another chance convinced me to give it another try. His family and kids also pleaded on his behalf.I told him to arrange for child support, but instead he wants to be back and forth with both of us, he had broken every promise he made until now & I am disgusted and tired. I just want to be happy & enjoy my baby. I don't think it's fair I raised his 4 kids & now I have to raise mine on my own.Devastated

which one is better
the skinny or fit girl
or the husky or fat girl
which one makes a better girlfriend or wife?
the skinny ones are usually stuck up and mean and so into themselves
the husky ones are usually nice to everyone and nice ...
but which do you want for the rest of your life, gorgeous to look at or not so nice to look at but nice
plus the skinny one or fit ones will always cheat on you too.

I just started dating a guy that I really like and connect with. We talked about Christmas and we decided that we want to give each other gifts. I have no idea what to get him. He likes to write and he smokes. I don't have any idea what to get him. He has a watch, a phone, a nice wallet so I can't get him that. Ideas please!!

If a married couple has separated, how long does it take for the marriage to be dissolved or to be invalidated --- given that they have no contact or no communication at all for 3 years now? Is it true that the marriage is technically voided after 5 or 7 years of no connection and without going through the courts?

haha guess I am just posting to vent. My sister and I almost never speak, I tried many times to become friends with her, but she abused the situation every time, so I stopped trying and just deal with her on the most minimal level possible, we only see each other at family gatherings. I only hear from her if she wants something. We are just too different to get along, any time I tried to make plans with her or bridge the gap she either stands me up on the plan and never shows, or she will verbally attack me. Even when we were kids, she would always treat me badly and set me up for falls. My mom got the great idea to intervene and get us to talk out our differences. Now my sister has gotten even worse. She is badmouthing me to family and saying that she is not the problem in our relationship, that it has to be someone else that is upsetting me (because she is so perfect) I give up, but my mom keeps making it worse with repeated attempts to get us to like each other. I had enough!

What makes you smile, or make your heart feel good? What makes you wake up and be glad to get out of bed? Or are you missing something that would make you happy?
(Not necessarily relationship-wise, but this seems to be the most active category.)

Should she be concerned in any way?

me and her DO NOT get along, and she is always getting offended by everything that I say or do, so I am wondering what to do. Basically, I have a 2 year old, she bought him a radio controlled truck that is bigger than him, on the outside of the box it says not intended for children under the age of 8. For his own safety I refuse to let him have it, I mean he can run himself over with it, or break things around the house with it, he won't know how to control it. I am wondering should I, wrap it put it under the tree, let him open it and then put it away for a few years, but mind then he won't have a Christmas present from his grandma this year. Should I just take it back, exchange it and never tell her a word, just tell her 'yeah he loved it' or should I call her and explain to her that I don't feel right allowing him to play with it and give her the option of me taking it back and getting something else, or me sending it back to her and letting her buy something more age appropriate.

My BF & I are almost the same height, but if I put heels on (3 inches), I'd be taller. He said I cant be taller than him and he wouldnt like that. He joked that he wouldnt go out with me if I had heels on, but I know he means it. All of my cutest outfits have to worn with heels! Whats the big deal? We are both early 20's- isnt this petty?
