When us girls want to 'talk'? He looked at me last night, with tired puppy eyes and said, "Do we have to talk? I just want to be happy. I don't want to talk." We talk a lot. Don't get me wrong. But it made me feel bad that I wanted to talk more. He just likes to drop things and move on. I emailed him this long email telling him that I understand I need to just trust him more etc.....he emails back telling me that he's going home early, couldn't wait to be with me, and to come to the bathroom when I got home....he was in the tub, soaking in bubbles...how cute! Anyways....I just like to connect and I love when he talks to me! He did tell me all about his day last night before we went to sleep....guys are just simple creatures, right? You agree, men?

He's coming to live with us permanently in a day school
He is nine
The few times he was with us on holidays i just couldn't stand that annoying little boy he realy got into my nerves.

He (my husband) expects me to be resposible of the boy(his eating, sleeping, going to the toilet) thing is if i was ready to be resposible for anyone id have a child of my own i dont have a child because i dont want the resposibility or committment
He translates my being less concerned as hate for the boy
i dont hate the boy i just dont like him n cant stand his silly little demands
Ive never been the type to like kids they've always hated me too
How do i cope with this situation?

Ok, please tell me if I'm crazy...
I have a family member under the age of 35...who is on their 3rd marriage. Each marriage has lasted approximately 2 years, and there was no real reason for leaving...other than the fact that they didn't LOVE their spouse anymore. Now, the 3rd marriage is approaching 2 years, and this time there is a baby involved....and guess what.....they're leaving....AGAIN..
Am I totally crazy to be of the mind..."Family or not....enough is enough..."
Or, am I supposed to be that supportive family figure. I mean I know some people take marriage lightly these days, but come one....this is the extreme. Grow up and get some help!

My friend had an affair with a married man. When his wife found out she kicked him out and divorced him. Now my friend is moving in with this guy. This has all happened since January! He has kids so he is in contact with his ex on a regular basis. What do I say to her to make her realize this relationship is not healthy? Maybe I am wrong - do you think its healthy? I believe she should wait for this guy to deal with his issues from his failed marriage first. What do you think?

I have heard that some supermarkets have evenings where singles can go and flirt etc. I also heard that on certain nights if you put a bunch of bananas in your trolley, then it shows you are single.(Maybe a wind up there LOL) Is any of this true and if so, which supermarkets (UK) do it?

My boyfriend is dabbling in New Ageism. It's getting more and more serious. To the point where when I'm upset, he won't contact me or hear me out because he believes in the Law of Attraction (where negativity attracts more negativity). I don't know what to do anymore. Whatever happened to in sickness and in health? We've been together quite happily for a year now and he's a wonderful guy, but he's just too gullible and easily influenced by other people's opinions. Should we try to work it out? I care deeply but I really need someone who's going to be there for me and there are others willing to, if he's not. But of course, I love him enough not to jump ship just like that. Help!

I have been falling outa love with my boyfriend. i have cried over something every day for 8 months and i never normally cry at all. i told him that my heart keeps breaking every 5 minutes and he asked me if i wanted a bit of a break. i was supposed to meet his family and i couldn't make it, and we were away from each other for months, he ended up seeing another girl for a month and she thought she was pregnant. he wants me to move to another country to live with him, says everything will be alright then, we can build our lives together and grow old together. but he makes me feel bad all the time. i still care for it to hurt.

The other guy! nothing has happened but i want it to. he has had feelings for me, and i never saw him that way. was crazy about my bf. but now he is on my mind all the time. i think he's sexy and an amazing man. he takes care of me even though we're not together. makes me feel special and funny and all good things.

i recently split with my ex bf, and i think ive been doing a pretty ok job of getting over it and trying to move forward.
It's been about 7 weeks now and i've come to a point where im no longer sad or regretful, but nor am i really empowered or inspired!
