my friend had a one night stand 9 years ago with her now husband...they are now happily married with three kids! Everyone says one night stands are terrible things...i dont have them often but dont you think with womans emacipation this is a backwards idea (i mena as long as you protect yourself..you are respecting your self is my motto) Has anyone had a one night stand that has turned in to a great realtionship..if so could you elabourate???

Have been married for 4 months when i was pregnant. My husband is away on a ship for the last three months. My problem is that my husband is not keeping in touch with me regularly since the very beginning when he left. In the first month there was some girl on-board to whom he was attracted to but he told me about it sincerely and ofcourse there wasn't much involvement too. After that he told me that he is feeling very thin about me and is finding it hard to trust me. During his childhood his father had left his mother and he lost his mother too at a tender age. Due to the psychological impact of these incidents he finds it difficult to trust anyone but it really puts me off when he says it to me even when what i am telling him is the truth. If i become 1% negative he becomes much more negative & withdrawn. Now since last 25 days he is not writing to me or writing after a gap of 4-5 days and when i asked him he said that he is genuinly not feeling for writing. What do i make out of it?

My husband had surgery a few days ago. His mother and her husband came to the hospital and waited with me. When the surgeon came to the waiting room, he asked for anyone who was with my husband, and my mother-n-law and I both raised our hands and he came over and knelt down in front of her (She was sitting against a wall caticornered to me). He talked to her the whole time about the surgery, what was to be expected and home care. He looked at me a couple of time, but focused his attention on her most of the conversation. I was dumbfounded that he was practically ignoring me, but I didn't want to be petty by saying "Hey I am his wife, can you talk to me?". She never said anything to him like "That is his wife right there. Maybe you should tell her." When we got in his room, she became a mother hen, helping him go to the bathroom, fluffing his bedding, and asking the nurse questions. I couldn't even open my mouth before she was asking something. I felt like an outsider. Opinions?

met a guy...he lives in the same town as me we see each other out & thereis a chemistry he is lovely gorgeous and sincere..we have known each other for a few months & harmlessly flirted...he came round mine after he walked me home after a night out & we had a cup of tea & then he walked home so i dont think he is all in to just sex.Then i saw him out again he only live 2 mins from mine & we got together went back to his & had a really good time he was so lovely &i cant help but adore him..the next day he gave me a lift home but did not ask for my no he did ask if i was out next week...when i got back i realised i had left my purse...he dropped it back through the door...he had to go to work that day and so he was pretty busy.Thing is idont in my heart of heart think he was just after one thing as on a previous occassion he said i was moving to fast & we should go to dinner and get to know each other better..so y did he not leave his no..should i pop a card in his door to ask him out?

My husband of 24yrs, has cheated on me before, then when I get fed up and want out, He says I'm the best thing that ever happened to him and I've been so understanding, He loves me, etc..., Well I've had my suspicions hes at it again. Some girl he knew 20 years ago, she's going thru a tough time, getting a divorce, addicted to pain pills, alcohol, and gambling. They have been calling eachother and text messaging. I told him if they are just friends, she should call the house, He told me he wouldn't call her anymore, he doesn't want problems with us. But I found out he has and has erased the calls. I get the other women calling me, asking me how I could come up with such lies, he's a great guy, she denies any calls, but I have the phone bill. He swore on our children nothings going on. I don't want to make something out of this if there is nothing, But I'm torn.
