I'm visiting home for the first time in two months, and I feel like I have no friends because everyone else is still in college (well, so am I, but I'm just visiting home and they're all away). So no one is in town and it makes me sad!/feel like I don't want to be here either.
But it's home..
home isn't supposed to be a sad place.

If you have property prior to the marriage, does a prenup protect you from your spouse taking it. Does it protect you from ever having to pay alimony or spousal support whatever you want to call it? Is their anything else it protects you from??????

I have just found out I'm having a fourth child, my problem is my other child are named, Thomas (tom), Jason (jay), Samuel (sam), even though I didn't do it on purpose all these names have 2 syllables and can be shortened to a three letter nickname, I don't want the new child to feel different so I need a name girl or boy, that will match, can you help?

im in a relationship, im 20 years old, and she is the first girl that i have ever loved. we've lasted through two years of a long distance relationship she and i are in school. we have 7 months to go and were both very much in love. im not sure why, i have no reason not to but i dont trust her at all anymore, everytime she goes out partying i think she is going to hook up with some random guy. she is losing patience as i have always trusted her before. i say stupid things all the time to try and make her mad, and she still hasn't gaven up on me. i dont know what to do , since i can't trust her anymore should i just set her free. this girl has been very special to me for a very long time, we've dated for about 3 years, but have been friends for way longer. need some advice

last night i went to a football game with some friends...this guy i like came over and hung out with us and hung out with us pretty much the whole time..there is this reaaly steep hill by the foot ball field and we were all walking up it and i said "watch...im gonna fall down this hill backwards" then he grabbed my shoulders really quickly and said loudly and quickly "DON'T FALL!" then i screamed really loudly and almost fell...a little later i saw him looking at me out of the corner of my eye...also he has never really talked to me and talked to me for a really long time...the only reason i think he wouldn't like me is because he had his arm around my friend...she dosen't like him though and they aren't going out...i just want to know...do you think he likes me?

i have been paying alimony to my ex wife since 1971.i am retired with a pension and ssi disability.he is also retired with a pension and ssi .she is finacially secure with bank accounts and a home that is paid off in full. My orignal new york state divorce decree stated that i pay till she dies or remarries. she has done neither, this is a littel far fetched to be paying for 35 years

The last date I had asked me after the date, "Did you have any fun at ALL?"! I know I'm depressed because I don't have a girlfriend. But I don't think I can get a girlfriend because I'm depressed. its a stupid questio but i'm stumbled... ok so me and my bf. are sexually active and we haven't said anything to anyone (were more of a kiss and not tell people lol) anyways well heres the thing...
his brother and his brothers wife...came up to him 2 days ago and gave him a pack of condoms for no reason..and my bf asked them whats this for? and they told him dont be stupid you knwo waht they are for.
i assumed that my bf must have told them we were active but he says he didn't..and i asked well how did they find out? and he said he doesn't know that his brother and his sis-in-law said that they can tell. by the way he acts and looks, that they can tell hes sexually active.
i dont know how they can tell by the way someone acts & looks..is that possible? can someone tell when you are having sex just by the way u act and look? i think its b.s LOL, i'm not complaining about the condoms..safety first..any clues on how they can some to that assumption...assuming my bf didnt tell them...
