Well we have been divorced for 5 yrs and things have been smooth because of me keeping my mouth shut for the kids sake. He didnt pay child support for 3 yrs, didnt carry medical insurance per the divorce decree, but i didnt push it cuz he was bipolar and a little wacky at the time, so when he did get help i put those things behind me and went on. but now his new wife of 3 yrs asked me to pick up and drop off the kids 3 wks ago cuz they couldnt and i did so with the agreement the next time she would do the same. well, the weekend came and when i told her i would be at my moms and to pick the kids up there she went balistic on the phone saying it wasnt her responsibility. so my ex called and said since he pays child support thats my job. im fed up and think i need to make them pick up and drop off for awhile to prove to them i dont have to do it but i choose to, to make it fair for both of us. I just want to know if its legal. my divorce decree just states the weekends. not who travels

Is October 31st the official holiday, or the day that your community observes halloween. The stipulation just says halloween, without any date. Would it make sense that the holiday would be whatever date the kids and I would be able to actually celebrate the holiday? Opinions are welcome, as well as if someone actually knows the legal answer to this question in the state of Wisconsin.

what state does this have to go threw?we are friends,just want to get divorced after being apart for so long.we have 5 grown children and no assessets who has to do what?who files and in who pays court costs ect and in what state does this happen in?or do we have to file in origianal state married in?

It's pretty pathedic I must say, I'm 15 and I've never had a boyfriend. now, I've gotten offers : ) but i guess you could say im um, "choosy" lol. I'm comfortable once I know a guy. but any farther than that and they all go retarded. they all think this whole player thing is the way to go, but seriously, it's making all those good boys, go bad, i can hardly stand to be friends with some anymore. The gf and I are at a weird point in the relationship. We have dated for about 5 mos now and it's either got to go to the next level or end. The situation exists, as I see it b/c the closer she gets to me, the more scared she is and more closed up she gets. She keeps alluding to an ugly past but won't tell me **** about it and that frustrates me ridiculously. It's like she wants me to dig just so she can bury herself deeper. Anyways, we decided to spend this weekend alone and talk about things Monday after work (and she calls me this afternoon and we talk for about 20 minutes???). I know I am not perfect but she won't confront me about her issues with me, either. I need her to talk and talk a lot. People keep telling me to be patient, but my patience is running out. Any things I can say so she KNOWS how serious I am that I just want to know her better and I will NEVER judge her? I am frustrated enough that I am afraid of the bluntness that may come across from me.

There is this one girl in my school, whom i have one calss with (US History) and don't see her much in the hallways (i look for her but we have a gigantic school) and i don't have different lunch periods than her. in other words the only time to talk to her is after school or during US history. i need good ideas for coversation topics and how to start them and good times to start them. She is in my grade and i have talked to her before. And she does know i exist (atleast i think she does...)

Ok here's the deal .In febuary my bf then was talking to me non stop and then in march when we met the town park I was with my best friend and then later after we left him at the park she had to go home and then we called him and while I was talking to him my friend;s little brother called him and so she hooked up with him that night when I was going out with him. Well in aprl I found out that they've had sex 12 times since march. and I still hate her but she still says that she luvs him and I was truly hurt and I still kinda liked him but I still can't forgive them. and I regret it cuz I feel like such a fool and durin the summer this guy asked me out on a dare and he started cussing at me over myspace. I wish that i never met my x cuz he hurt me really bad and I need to know if they are guys who aren't jerks like that and think girls are just there for one thing only.
