a lot of my male friends always comment on how yukky they think lip gloss looks! they all said that they prefer healthy looking, shiny lips (the effect u get with lip balm or blistex) but they get put off when they see guey crap (ie. lipgloss) on their women- true or false? give reasons for ur answer as well

So, I got the phone call very late monday night from a dear friend of mine. Twelve hours earlier, she got the call saying she has cancer. She's thirty, married with an eight year old, and works as a vet tech at a small clinic. I, of course, offered whatever support i can give to her (my mother went through breast cancer and I was her daily care giver. I know what she's in for.)....

But.... what can I do/ give her as a good sign of support? I've put down my crocheting projects for the time being to make her several soft and fuzzy hats (chemo- loss of hair- extremely sensative scalps). They don't have enough food storage space where I could make them tons of meals for future use.... Is there anything else I can do or offer that could help? She knows already (as does her husband) that I'm there for all the late night calls, hospital appointments, errands, and whatever they need.... But I feel like it's not enough.

let me explain, during highschool my ex at the time boyfriend and I use to hang out. like go to the movies and out to eat and stuff. well his two other friends would tag along on basically all our dates so we where all close. now his friend is attractive to me and i have feelings but not lustfull feelings just odd ones like," why couldn't I have met him first" because we get along perfictly I just feel bad for being around him.

I have this friend and we both know each other from high school, now we are both attending the same college and just resently she told me about this guy who she dated and this guy just wanted to get laid but after they had sex he said she was not good enough because she was fat. i fell in love with my neighbour and he liked my best friend and my best friend liked him too but they both did not know that. so knowing that tey like each other i set them up and now my best friend moved out and broke up with my neighbour and now my neighbor is angry at her for such a short relationship(11 days). and calls her a ***** and now it makes me wonder if i should have done it or not. husbands wallet. When I asked him about it he said he was just drawing and didn't remember who this phone number was for. He works all of the time and is very short tempered with me and then tells me and other people that I am nasty. When he is with me he is on the phone or getting calls. His job does require him to get phone calls frequently but not all of the time. I am feeling insecure and when I tell him about it, he tells me that I am being stupid and that he loves me, what do you think?

We've been dating for 3 months & right now im in a situation where i really need him financully and he know it. He has bought me a car, and countless other things. All though he treat me good 90% of the time i know he has had sex with someone else. Even though im not in love it still bothers me. He tells me he's in love all the time and that i'm "the one". Honestly im really not tryin to be "The One Forever" jus "The One Right Now" I like to go out with my friends and hang out, and i might come in the house at 2 or 3 in the morning and he'll be upset saying that its not fair for me to do that when he can't, but still has some other young girl callin from before he met me. Im currently at a dead end job and dont have the means to support myself so what should i do????

okay well, there is this guy, he is the cousin of my younger sister's best friend and we all went out a couple of times. but, we never directly spoke to one another.

but, I caught him staring at me a lot and because I'm somewhat shy, I would just look away when we made eye contact. I caught him staring at me alot.. what exactly does that mean?

and what are some other signs that would show that he likes me?

and even started ring shopping-he lives in TN, i'm in NY-so obviously it is hard to get together though we talk and im daily-he's very sweet and respectful-i noticed he's not into giving little trinklets as tokens of expressing his love/adoration, not that that's key but he hasn't really given me anything-he's got a taboo for flowers coz he swears that they bring him bad luck-i don't think he's being stingy-but it would be nice to get something from someone-i've given him 2 wristlets for him to wear, and my ring that he wears around his neck-any suggestions? or is that as we get older, we splurge less on the significant other? he's 34-just wondering if this is "normal" thanks in advance!

Have friends and family there.. but I dont have anyone on my list that I had sex with or even been in a relationship with. Now my husband does, and he keeps in touch with ex girlfriends and other females that he had sexual contacts with.. I told him that if he was getting his girls, how would it look if I got my boys? And they would post things like that? But he didnt care, and said that I was just jelouse and over reacting. How can I change this about myself? I dont want to be jelouse, or upset about a stupid website. Looking at my husband and knowing how he is at home, puhleese i dont think he ex's would want him back anyways.. lol but i do feel embarrassed.

Think closely, what if she got prenant? Do you think you should be responsible for the child , or would you say: "I didn't ask her to do that!" How would a judge see your situations for not wanting to pay child support? Is there a way to get out of it if this was the situation?
