I have been asking myself and others around me lately if there are men out there who actually stay faithful in relationships....for the duration of the relationship. I guess I have just heard too many stories lately of men cheating on their significant others....even men that I would never ever expect....I know this might seem a little ridiculous but it has really consumed my thoughts lately. Plus since this has been on my mind, I have heard several other women mention the same thing (without me mentioning anything)...I just wonder if it is a reality that we all must come to understand at some point or if there are men out there who do not cheat....please go easy on me...I do realize how this sounds but I would love some good feedback....

I have been married to my husband for 4 years. We have always been pleased with one another but he informed me that i need to initiate sex more and be more aggressive. I am a little hurt only because i try to please my husband the best i can and i feel i am not good enough now that he has told me that. It has made me very depressed. No other man has ever told me what they liked or wanted. I want to surprise and please my husband as much as i can so i am open to any suggestions. Thank u ahead of time.

i am 18 and a virgin, and my girlfriend, is 20 and is not a virgin. I rarely get to see her due to long distance, but in a short 2 months, ill be moving in with her. What sort of bothers me.. i dont know why, is that she has had sex many times before me, even a one night stand once, which she said she regrettes very much. she has had a total of 5 previous partners. Is this alot of partners? i kinda feel like she cheated on me, but she DIDNT, she loves me very much, and i trust her, i just feel that way because there was some before me. What is your opinions on this? i really do hope this feeling goes away, and i can get past it, do you think i will? is it only a temporary thing because right now, i have alot of time to think about things, and i cannot be near her? Thank you for helping me everyone.

Sometimes (a lot, actually) I sit and think, "What does he do for me that I can't do for myself, or have someone else do better?" I know that sounds incredibly selfish to some, but please don't judge becuase you don't know all the details. :( My husband isn't abusive (either physically or mentally) so it's not a case of that. I think I'm just not in love with him anymore. He doesn't "do it for me" in any aspect of our relationship. Is this normal/common?

I have a sister who met up with an old boyfriend she had when she was about 18 (shes 51 now) He is promising her the world now. He is moving back here to be around her, taking on a tractor trailer job, and is promising her that he will pay off her mortgage, buy her a ranch with horses, buy her kids cars, give her all his paycheck etc etc...in exchange for staying at her house when he is home from driving the tractor trailer. Since she has been talking to him, she doesn't call me anymore or come around. Its like I just fell off the earth. The only times we talk is if I called her. Then she only talks about how she is going to have all this money...etc etc...Why doesn't she want to be bothered with me anymore?? Guess I am boring to her now?? I don't understand how someone could be like that! any advice? I'm feeling really bad about it.

How do you cope? Is it bearable? What are the practical issues involved -- meaning does it mean no holiday dinners all together? Does it impact your day to day life? Heck, does it matter?

She was in a abusive and a selff esteem hurting relationship. She was in this relationship for 3 years and they had a house together. She lost a baby while they were together but him and his family didn't want it in the first place. She still has to communicate with him because they are selling the house and he has alot of issues with her. He needs to be in control of her still and he still wants her back. He still calls her when I'm around and he has just showed up at her apartment a couple times un announced. She is hoping that he just goes away and recently he wants to apologize for everything he has done and he wants to show his feelings about the baby they lost, that he has never showed before. But she feels guilty because she just doesn't want to forget about the baby and feels she is obligated to talk about that with him. She feels like he is the only person that understands what they went through but he didn't want it in the first place why does he care now?
