My boyfriend of four years and I recently broke up. He was my only boyfriend so far, and I'm 24--so that's kind of strange, I know, but I have a hard time meeting intelligent, sane (or jeez, I'd even take mildly schizophrenic) men who are interested in me. I have a hard time figuring out why--I think I'm fairly attractive, and I'm only a little weird.;) All my friends are off getting married and having babies, so man, I've got a lot of catching up to do. I really don't want to end up as some crazy old cat lady and I hate, hate, HATE this lonely feeling--I mean, I have wonderful friends, but it's still not quite the same, you know? Is there really someone out there for everyone who wants a partner? How do I meet someone intelligent and nice, without resorting to clubbing him over the head and dragging him back to my cave?

This girl asked me to get her some personal item and I got it for her. I gave it to her in such a way that I concealed a wrist watch in the packaging. I didnt inform her on the time I was giving her her personal item. She did, however, find out about the wrist watch and the reaction was something I was wanting advice on. She didnt look as concerned as she was pretending to be. She asked me not to get her gifts. Saying that, there was this thing in her smile even as she was saying it which I cannot explain. All in all, she looked pleased about my explanation for the watch. What I want to know is why was there such contrast in what she was saying and her expressions. I am unable to deduce if she was pleased or concerned. Please help me out!

Okay so this is kind of complicated and I was really hoping that you guys could help me! There is this boy at school that I have had a crush on for the longest time! He is really cute, smart, funny, and extremely nice! About two years ago (6th grade) we started to become really good friends we would hang out all the time at lunch and e-mail all the time. I had liked him for a while before that but nobody new or so I thought. Last year (7th grade) a girl that I go to school with told him that I liked him I was really upset but what really stunned me is how she found out! After that I talked to my mom and she told me to play it low key aka if he talked to me talk back but don’t just go up and talk to him all the time like I did before because it might scare him away. So I did just that and he just stopped talking to me completely!!! I felt so rejected L (that was more toward the beginning of the year than towards the end) so the whole year it was really awkward between us and at the end of the year there was a big school dance and we rented out this really nice restaurant and there was dinner and of course dancing. Now normally I would have asked him to dance just because he is a friend but I got really nervous and chickened out!!! on the way home when I was talking to my dad about it he gave me this huge lecture on how if I really want something to happen I have to go after it and not just wait for it to come to me because it most likely won’t. I know he is right but I just don’t know how to approach him. So anyway over the summer he started e-mailing me again, I was so-so happy we would talk for about an hour every day. So I figured that when school started we would be friends again but I was so wrong he won’t talk to me at school! The most I can get out of him is a hi. I really wish that we could be friends (since neither if us can grp. Date until we are 16 and single date until we are 18) and hang out again but I have now idea how to make that happen without scaring him off again. He is a very very shy guy and I am really shy too. So I think that that might be a big factor! Thank you so-so much for reading this I know it was really long but you have no idea how much I appreciate your help!!!!

I feel like such a loser!!! Help!!!?
Ok I am 17 and still havent had my first kiss or a boyfriend. and from the looks of it thats not happening unless I just kiss any ramdom guy that I dont feel for. But I dont want to do that I want it to be real. What should I do?

It may seem like I am very desprete but Iam really calm but people think I am too calm and everyone is waiting for me to have a boyfriend. I try to worry about my education but I feel this emptiness. And my sister make fun of me and call me an uncooked ham.

All my friends had their first kiss when they were 14 and younger thats what makes me feel even worse. And everytime I have the opportunity I say no becuz I just aint feelin the person.

my friend liked a guy a lot(like crazy).. it took her 3 yrs to get over him.. and her boyfriend loved another girl.. they both knew about eachothers past but.. he still asked her out.. they have been together for one week.. today he told one of my friends that he has no feelings for her eventhough he kisses her and is always hugging her.. when they are together they look like they are so much in love with eachother..... when i asked her she said that she likes him but.. if he has no feelings for her she doesn't want to be with him.. she said that she knows that her still loves his ex.. and it has been bothering her a lot.. its not fair cause all her life she has been so sweet, kind and loving to everyone.. but there is no guy that truly loves her.. and she feels that her bf is just useing her... sometimes she feels that he doesn't care if he hurts her... and he also said that he is going to break up with her after a month.. now she wants to break up with him.. she doesn't know how to.

I go to this resturant named Bickfords i have been going there since I was a little baby i know everybody who works there,there all my friends (and my dad goes there too.) Well anyways then this girl named Brandy just moved there a little while ago and her mom is working there.And i like her alot but she trys to make me jelouse by hugging all the waitress and she goes in the employees place just because her mom works there!She knows that i have been there longer but she trys to make me jelouse she thinks she knows everyone there!!I need advise i know this sounds weird but im jelouse!!!Sorry

I have an interesting scenario I wanted to present to the fellas. This is not my story, but it did actually take place. Fellas, you have a girlfriend, who has several male friends...one of which she considers to be her best friend. Now, these two have a relationship just like two females would,with the exception of the obvious differences in body. Here's the situation. The guy moved out of town, and your girlfriend hadn't seen him in over a year, though they always kept in contact by e-mail and phone. So, he comes to town for the weekend. You know all about it because she told you. Well, her best guy friend arrives, takes her to dinner,&then goes out with some of his friends. He then comes back to visit your gf that night, and ends up spending the night because he was too tired to drive. Well, they end up sleeping in the same bed...it's just like a slumber party with two female friends,& nothing sexual happened. Would you be pissed? Do you have a right to be?

my mom moved me to a catholic school that i've hated since 2n grade
she put me there because she thought that i was not focused on my studies and also i skipped my parents conferrence.So I started with a 2.16 GPA and went up to a 3.17 which i thought was a major improvement for me!another thing,i was planning to be in my old school's baseball team which i really worked hard to get to!so when i made it my coach started training me how to pitch.I really admire my coach because when he was training me his wife was in the hospital .My coach asked me to make a promise to stay in that school for the team then i said yes knowing i had a 3.10. but a couple of weeks later my mom ignored it and put me in another school! I was furious!

I have had some long term ralationship and some very brief. I am honest, sincere, commited and romantic and successful. I cook, clean, fix the cars, home repair, love outdoors, having fun, being fit and healthy and comforting when the need arises. I feel I have the qualities of a good long term partner, as I have been told by past partners. But what is the problem? Why have I not met the one yet? I do not look real hard I kind of just take things as they come and if a female sparks my interest I attempt a conversation, which generally ends with a night out. Confusing.

I met a girl online and we emailed each other for weeks......I asked her out and she said that she wanted to get her schedule together first.
