I've been dating a good friend of mine for about a month or so and I've come to realize I just don't feel romantic for him. I like talking to him, but all I want is a good friend. He's sweet and it took him a while to open up to me. Would you consider that possible?

I am 13 years old,almost 14.I was adopted young is all I know.
Supposedly,when my birth mother was pregnant with me,my birth father died,which is true he really did.I didn't know all my life I was adopted in fact I haven't known that long at all!Well my real mom,I have known her as my cousin in the family.She's like a second cousin to my adoptive-dad.So I really am related to them.Nobody,has yet told me what age I was adopted at,but I can remember many things.I love my adoptive parents.But the problem is I haven't always been so close to my "was cousin..now mom".I mean I see her every now and then.Well just last week I saw her again,at my aunt's funeral.And the whole time her and I talked trying to get to remember each other better.I really want to be closer to her so bad! I miss her everday.Do you think her new husband will mind me or hate me? If she has another child wont she love it more?

i get in to arguements with the other person like once a week, but in the end we always make up and learn from it, but that always takes a day or so..but durin the time of the aruments i feel really hurt... and half of me want to just give it up..but then the other half does not want to leave at all... what should i do?? leave or not?? i know we love each other tho....

Ok, I have been asking this question a lot, but things have been occuring everyday. There is this attractive girl in one of my classes. I walked past her in the room and I heard someone call my name. It was this kid and he pointed to this girl. She smiled at me and said hi. The next day she kept smiling at me and then I heard my name again. This time the girl called me and said quietly, "Do you want to go out out with me?" I did not say yes or no, because I wasn't sure if she was joking or not. The next day I told some of my friends and one kid said she asked someone else out and he says she did not mean it, although I don't know if this is true. Today, I was walking up a staircase with a buch of people around and that girl said hi to me again. She was with a two of her friends and they were not smirking or anything. I did not see anybody laugh when she asked me out and she is not going out with anybody right now. I am not ugly or stupid or a geek or anything.

my less than a year relationship is getting freaky. during sex we look a pictures and last night he showed me a pic of a boy and girl who were about 9 years old. they were fully clothed (as all the pics are) and giving big innocent smiles for the camera. his job involves taking peoples pics and we look at them later and say "yeah, i'd like to do her or him". he picks the pics we look at and displays them on the computer like on slideshow mode. maybe a mistake to pull that one out for us?he had no comment when the pic was shown. but the kid pic freaked me out.

Can anyone give me advice on this situation? I have done nothing but treat my fiance with the greatest respect. But his mother does not want us together (she has done this with all his relationships including friends). Today while waiting for my fiance to be called in for eye surgery, she comes in and throws a huge scene because i am his emergency contact. they end up outside the building and she is screaming at him at the top of her lungs. i went outside and calmly asked that they discuss this later considering he is having surgery in a few minutes. she told me to basically shut up and to not interrupt since she is his mother - my fiance defended me and walked away from her. i went after him to comfort him and she took a handful of my hair and threw me to the ground leaving me with a decent sized cut on my elbow and left me completely drenched since i was thrown into a puddle. the surgery center called the cops and i filled out a police report but now i do not know what to do.

I'm in dental school. It was really expensive to live in an apartment so I moved into my old house (plenty of room), which was really Mother's idea. I also need as much quiet time as possible.


So obviously school is stressful & at the end of the day I have to put up w/ abuse from my mother. She expects me to cook for her. She is incredibly stubborn, nagging, childish, and bitter. She is really lazy and sloppy around the house, but picks on me for every little thing ("what is this stratch on my new refridgerator? "what was that noise, you almost broke the floor!", "look at this floor, it's all ruined now!"). Just the sound of her voice makes my stomach tense up & I want to throw up.

In high school, I stayed w/ friends most of the time because I wanted to avoid her. BTW, she is only 50 and NOT senile or anything, she's always been like this. She has always been extremely nervous, over protective, just generally awful to be around. Is it wrong to avoid her as much as I can?

I'd like to know what that all means and what is a classification form? He also filed a temporary restraining order against me. I talked to someone from the court today and he said that I have 17 days from the day I receive my paperwork in the mail to also file for temporart custody. But how does it work without an oral hearing? And when will it be decided? Also, can he somehow get custody before that? I have physical custody of the child right now. I am not giving him up to him. Can I delay this by not signing for the forms? It is by certified mail. And what happens if I don't sign for the forms? Will I get in trouble? Also, he has threatened me stepfathers rights?? What is that?

Now, I am respecting her decision, and we havent spoken about it for 3 weeks. The last thing I want to do is smother her, so I am giving her every inch of space she needs. But 3 months ago, she really really seemed to like me, than when she found out I liked her she backed off. And now she's like that with other guys. But once we talked about it, she seems more comfortable talking to me, than she did before. Her and her mom are really really close, and her mom said she is just REALLY REALLY scared. Her mom wants me to date her daughter, she told me that. So I know I am good with ther parents, what should I do??
