What did you think of the movie, "Into the Wild"?
Question Details: I don't know why some people say bad things about the young man; he set out for an adventure and learning experience that ended tragically. Like he wrote in his notes, he was trapped, starving, and weak.

I now feel quite certain that he didn't plan to commit suicide or anything (He quotes Thoreau, who has a book called "Walden's Pond," where the author spends 2 years living sort of in the wild and writes about it) but McCandless gives away over 20,000 in charity, which makes you think he was ending it all. But he sets out for his trip and lives simply long before he passes away.

His Alaska stay was just a major part of his trip, where small mistakes could lead to fatal circumstances. McCandless was quite young and a tad unscrupulous, but very idealistic and brave--which I greatly admire. He died, tragically (according to the movie), after he discovered that no one is perfect and he could live with that just as pure and happy as he was in a less mentally hectic environment.

It's a vampire movie that involves a vampire named Zachary who lives behind a humans fireplace and he falls in love with her. He also works really hard at turning back into a human so that they can be together. For example he drinks milk and can't have blood for some amount of time. It's a type of comedy and I just can't seem to find it anywhere. I remember watching it when I was younger and I can't think of the title!

I just read that they're doing a "Chucky" remake. The first one. The guy who created the first one is doing it. So it got me thinking. Which do you prefer. Remakes or Sequals? Since this is apparently all were gonna be getting in the next few decades, which would you rather be stuck with? For me its a toss up. I don't even care. They both can be decent if done right. There have been a alot of sequals I love and remkes I liked. . . But man is it getting tried now. . .

Just give us something original!!

I don't remember anything (the actors etc.) except for one scene:

-A woman is kidnapped (or she's in some kind of trouble). There's a phone in the room, broken to bits and pieces (apparently broken by the bad guy). She somehow manages to make the phone work and calls someone for help.....

This is only I remember.

My ten year old daughter is a huge fan of Jesus Christ Superstar movie and I was wondering if anyone out there knew how to contact any of the stars to write a fan letter? The movie is from 1973. We did find the website for the actor who played Pilot, Barry Dennen but have not had much luck finding a way to contact any of the other players.

I have seen Old School and School of Rock. I just rented Blades of Glory and I was wondering if it is truely funny. Some of my friends said they expected more out of it, so I would like to compare your thoughts with some other movies to see if I am going to be disappointed or not. I am sure I will love it though.
