its a cartoon. it has penguins in it. in the begining of the movie the mothers ask the fathers to sit on the eggs to keep them warm while they go and get food. but the fathers get mad and leave the eggs while some of the dads stay. there are these animals(i believe birds) that come down and take the eggs and the daddy's that stayed try to save the eggs.

the animals that took the eggs raise the penguins as their own.....

the babies are different colors like blue,purple...

I first saw it when i was younger maybe 5-6 so thats like 12-13 years ago

and no its not Scamper the penguin

i have no idea what the name of it is....

it had robin williams in it and it went from cave man times up until present day and the family members kept having to play different roles each life until they finally got it right and didn't have to keep coming back. we watched it years ago in philosophy class whe discussing buddhism and i can't think of what it's called. it's not "what dreams may come" but that's all i'm finding as a search result.

I am trying to find out when movies are considered rare. It has boggled me because I see a lot of older movies considered to be rare but then I will also see some of the newer movies being considered rare as well. Any help will be appreciated.
