I want to get a MA in English Literature, but I have no idea what to do a thesis on. I have on real areas of interest that could classify as "original research", I just enjoy reading and writing about literature (especially Shakespeare). So is there an exercise I can do to help me figure out what a good thesis topic would be?

I can get an associates degree from a community college for a dental assistant, but it looks like I can get a bachelor's from a four year. I'm just trying to do it the quickest and cheapest way, which from the looks of it would be through the community college. Does anyone know where I need to go?

I really want to major in creative writing and I found a school that offers English as a major on a writing track. Does this mean that it would count as a writing major? They offer english as a literature, teaching or writing major and I wanted to be sure it would could as being a writing major since they offer no programs in creative writing itself only creative writing through their english/writing program?
