i have the retail version of doom3 and completed it yesterday after 3 months(rubbish i know),however now i am interested in playing online
how do i go about doing this,and is there any security problems i need to know about,i am using the windows sp2 firewall,and avast anti-virus,which both have given me no problems
any advice?

I have to do a presentation to my class but I am not sure what to do it on. I don't want to do it on a favourite band or a tv show because too many people have done it on them and it's difficult to keep the class interested. Does anyone have any ideas? Help will be much appreciated!

I had PeoplePC on my comp for a 30 day free trial and called today to have it removed. I went into installed programs and removed PeoplePC from my computer and all its componentsand it removed everything but the PeoplePC Toolbar. Does anyone have suggestions on how to remove the toolbar and take my advice....NEVER....NEVER....NEVER...INSTALL PEOPLEPC.

I know how to erase history in the search bar....and did that (go to tools and all that jazz...) but I notice that if I click the little arrow next to the "Back" button, it still shows where I have been. How do you erase those? THANKS!!!!!

My digital camera takes video, but the files are huge. I want to send my friend a naughty video I took, but I can't do it on yahoo. I have the plug in to send Irfanview by email, but don't know my SMTP server, or how to find out what it is. Thanks.

Where are passwords stored on your computer. I forgot my password to a really important site and I've since changed my email address. When I click on the "lost password" link, they say they will email me my password. But, I don't have that email anymore so I won't get it. Someone told me all passwords are stored on your computer...where is it?

i was wonderin' if anyone could help me with my problem. i've tried running my virus scan, adaware always freezes on, spybot didn't detect anything, and neither did xsoftspy another spyware program, but my computer's running slower than normal. sometimes, the bar that shows you the progress of loading a page doesn't even show and if it does, it's a very slow process. i run mozilla firefox as my choice of explorer to replace internet explorer. i've also deleted prefetch and cookies, ran disc clean up and i've defragged.

I used to click a link from a web page or email and the target window would be almost as large as the underlying window. Now it opens in a small screen and I have to click the menu box to full size to make it larger.
