I have tried to log on to www. youtube.com but cannot get access. Something to do with a ruling in Istanbul, but I would like to know the details.

I am interested in creating a website, however, I would like it toh have limited access. Is there any free way for me to make one that only certain people can visit? It can be through password, or something, I don't know, just as long as I can control who can and can't see the website. Thanks!

I have sold unneeded gift cards on e-bay a few times and they always seem to get near face value. The buyers have often bought many gift cards from people in the past (sometimes $1000s worth). Why are they doing it? Just to save a few dollars? I'd love to hear from any frequent buyers of gift cards out there. Thanks.

My friend is trying to conect through internet explorer. She is in Germany and has Skype that will load and other things like limewire. When she clicks on the internet explorer shortcut she gets an error message that says cannot display page. She went to a shop and they said that it was that her Norton internet security was too high and she then disabled it and it worked about 1 out of every 5 times and then stoped working all together. She also has sharing dissabled on her computer. Do you need sharing enabled for Skype? I am unsure about what is going on her if you need me to I can elaborate more if you message me at michelhmckenna@yahoo.com.
Problems may be:
You are not connected to the internet
The website is encountering problems
There might be an typing eror in the address
the domain name server is not reachable

My mind goes blank and i want to get the most out of this. I bought my laptop for £3000. Comes with 5GB RAM. My internet connection is 54 mpbs. Can someone tell me how to make the most of this power. I felt like I've wasted my money because when i'm on the net (not that much) i'm only on here.

I won a item on e bay and when i tried to pay for it through pay pal,it keeps saying they are having problems with credit cards and to try again later,but i keep trying,and it keeps doing the same thing,i don't want the person i won the item from to think that im not paying.Is anyone else having this problem?

I've just sold a diamond ring for 450 quid. The seller gave good communication however said they were having problems with their paypal account and therefore a friend has paid it for them through their paypal account. The address however is unconfirmed. The money is showing in my paypal account. Is it safe to post the ring now. am i protected? can they take the money back once i've sent the ring - if so how? Would it be safer to wait for the money to transfer to my bank account. Im scared im gonna get ripped off.
Any advice would be great. tell me if im panicking for no reason!
