I have comcast internet and someone is using my internet connection to get online how can I stop them and what is the best way to stop the connection from running when I'm not online its an open line all the time. I have sypbot and comodo firewall on my computer now

I go to a DODDSE school so its like super frick'n hard to get past the filters and sheeet. And i know i sound stupid and crap asking this but.. i tryed the proxys and links and it just wont work! because it ends up saying "ERROR" this site is blocked
& for the most part i dont want to hear "why its such a good idea to block sites like myspace." and i know this is possible because people in a higher grade than me can do this ;)

My question is when you do the SafeMode run on a windows xp computer system, login on the default administrator account, then click Run-"controluserpasswords2" and uncheck the box that says users must enter passwords, will it remove the passwords off all the users permanantly or just until its rechecked??? I mean if you go back in and re check it will it remember and automatically put the old pass so no one relizes that you were on the account and that youve change the pass??? I think my sister is doing this to get on my computer and I want to know is this possible. Plz tell me, sorry if its confusing, I dont want her on my computer downloading videos and games. I know how to stop it but is this possible?

I know what a radio or television broadcaster's job incorporates, but what would an on-line broadcaster broadcast? I just downloaded the Ibsen's Vikings of Helgeland, but it is in Norwegian.Now, I tried all free translators on-line, but I didnot find any who could translate from Norwegian to English free of coast. There was one site, but it was able to translate only 25 words at a time. Is there any, able to translate a whole book ?

why do i keep getting a window saying that another user is logged on and i cant use google updateruntil they log off. it is only me that uses the computer so there are no other users and in any case im not even trying to use the updater? please help it is very annoying
