I keep having casino, porn and spyware ads pop up on my desktop. How would I stop that? I ran spybot seach and destroy what else can I do?

Its only the Yahoo US page, Yahoo Thailand is up to date (in Thai) and Yahoo Singapore is up to date in English. Its only the Yahoo US page.

this site claims it gets a website to be ranked in the firsst page of google ,yahoo and other engines in 1 week flat! at a cost of $90 or so per month.

they say they basicaly submit all your site text to the search engines & because of their relationships with search engines, there is no question of getting blacklisted.

Is this true and is this legitimate?

I deleted AOL from my computer at home and want to get internet access to set up a yahoo email account. The computer is not letting me get onto any ISP, including Netscape which is on the PC's list of internet options. It is an old PC and the other option it has is "CompuServe." How do I get internet access to set up Yahoo on my computer or any service that provides a free email address?

I like going on to keep in touch with my long-distance friends that I can't talk to otherwise, but now, it's just getting to be annoying. You pour all of your energy into making your profile look presentable and putting up as many ackward-angled pictures of yourself as you possibly can, and then whine if no one comments them. I have an idea for web site and would like to use the last name of a somewhat famous movie character, such as balboanews.com (just an example). The site would not be about that movie or the character, but would be written in such a way that you might assume that that character--or someone like him--is delivering the news. Does that make sense? To use my example, the site or blog would be written as if the character Rocky Balboa was talking, although that full name would never be used. You would just know he was a former boxer from Philly and not too bright. Obviously I would not want to infringe on the copyright of the movie Rocky or the character of Rocky Balboa.

when you've answered a question, the system puts you back at the full listing of categories instead of in the category you just answsered a question in?
