I have a Microsoft Multimedia Keyboard 1.0A with the latest driver but I cant use command prompt because I cant find the "slash" sign and also it displays " sign instead of @ and £ instead of #.
The problem is that before I have done a OS reinstall it worked. I dont have USB connection with my PC just PS/2.
Any help?

My "friend" send me a file saying pacman and i accepted and after i got the file my disc drive went crazy it just kept opening and closing ! how do i fix it ?!

ive check a photo of it in yahoo images. it seems like HP 3725 is the same as HP deskejt 3320. the same color, the same looks... i tried to install the driver but failed, so i thought it is just not the same printer.... i try to look at that printer over and over again .. maybe there will be a miracle that my eyes just went wrong and didnt notice it is not a 3725 but goshhhh.... its HP 3725!... hey yahoo... can you help me with this? find HP 3725 and tell him ... come out of the cave! tnx men!

lately my cd combo drive has been acting up when i go to open it ,it retracts into the computer automatically now it opens but it can't read any of the disks that i put into it i tried using my pc doctor to see if it was damaged but it said nothing is the drive no good? also since this happened i cant use the program i use to burn song (sonic record now!) any ideas on what i should do?

like setting apassword or hiding [windows xp is instoald on C:/]

after turning my pc on and using it for a while it gets the hump and just shuts down for no reason. My mates have said its proberbly that my motherboard needs updating, i have just changed my processor and everything is up to date.Any ideas would go down well because i havnt got a clue any more. IM getting annoying from my Laptop speaker when removng my headphones from it after haring some tracks. I'm getting always this problem once i disconnect the headphones.

My sound properties in Contol panel is all raised high like (waves,Volume control,Line in,SW synth,Microphone) all set to high.

I dont konw what has gone wrong.

im playing a battle realms lastnyt and my pc was accendtally log off because of the brown out...den i turn on the pc this morning, there's no desktop on the screen only the background.....my cousin said that the windows was corrupted...is it true???can u help me how to do this????thanks

so like i was saying i turn it on it starts to load up gets to the screen that says Windows XP. And then all of a sudden it reboots and does the same thing loads then gets to the Windows XP screen then reboots...i am going crazy here. please help me. diminished a LOT when i upgraded the driver to the latest one from ATI but still some mainly in right speaker....possibly related to installing Age Of Empires III but that shouldn't cause it. I've done diagnostic tests out the wazoo as well.

don't ever buy Creative speakers btw.....they suck and mislead on wattage etc.

It won't get let me get to the main start up page. I tried starting it up in safe mode but it continues to a blue screen telling me that the computer has been shut off to prevent damage to the files. What can I do to get to my desktop? Any helpful info will be appreciated!

My laptop suddenly shut down when plugged in and charging, and since I have been unable to charge it. When I turn the laptop on the light that lets me know that it is charging just flashes on and off till I turn the laptop off (I only have enough battery left to check if it is working). I have had a few problems before with the adapter and it doesn'y seem to be a problem with that.

My laptop model is a hp pavilion ze4800, which I have had for around 2-3 years. I will be replacing it after Christmas but I need it for an essay (which needs to be handed in soon) so any help would be great. Thanks.

P.s. I'm using the university computers to write this question.

My computer is underperforming, especially when it comes to gaming in recent months. The CPU seems to struggle to perform to its ability, when i press ctrl+alt+del, i've noticed that when that the system idle process takes a big chunk of my CPU usage and hence affecting other program's performance. Can anyone explain what exactly is system idle processing, is there anyway to lower its usage on the CPU? Currrently im just running firefox and it's usage is 98%!?!

This only happened in recent months and not before. Could this possibly be a virus or spybots? I got an adware cleaner program and wiped a couple already.
