Many people have asked how to make the heart symbol ♥ like that and I tell them to use ALT & the 3 key (on the numbers keypad, with NUMLOCK on) and add that you can also use other numbers from 1 to 3 digits long to make other symbols. ☺☻♥♦♣♠•◘○ Like that is 1 - 9 on the keypad with NUMLOCK on and using the ALT key. But people say they try it and it doesn't work. Why not? Does it work for you?

I have several Epson and HP printer cartridges that are just taking up space in my desk.
I don't want to refill them. I buy new when my printer is low on ink.
Any ideas?

I would prefer not to pay Dell whatever ridiculous amount they will no doubt charge me for a new one. Please drop me some info, pictures, steps, whatever you can. If it's as easy as removing the busted motherboard and putting in a new one, I'm fully capable. Also, be sure to indicate if I will lose the stuff on my hard drive (I-Tunes, pictures, etc). I'd rather not so please send the appropriate steps. Again, thanks!!!!

The laptop comes with a wireless networking card (dell wireless 1390b/g 54mbps). I do know anything in regards to wireless internet or whatever. Will I need to pay some monthly service to have wireless internet? I have ethernet dsl at home for my desktop. I should be able to access the internet around at school with no problem. How can I have internet 24/7 no matter where I am or what im doing. Any help, I feel like a dummy for asking this, but I am a bit confused. Any wireless internet basics will be helpful.

I can't figure out why there's no sound coming from my laptop speakers. Everything's set up correctly. The volume is up. It says all the devices are working properly. It worked yesterday, but last night, there was no sound. I tried the PC tests, and nothing is coming out. I've had the laptop for a few years now. It's a Gateway DS 400SP PLUS with XP.

Is there ANY way I can fix this, any suggestions? I'm so desperate, you don't even know. I'd like to be able to fix this without taking it in, if at all possible.

Thanks.

Kohler brand "low-boy toilet. Checked inside the tank, too. I stick the bolts of the tolilet seat into the holes on top of toilet, but they don't "come-out" on the "under-side" to screw the nuts-on. How can I keep the toilet seat from moving, without having something to attach the nuts to?

My computer is always having overheating problems. I built it myself, and it has 5 fans in it...should I have them all pointing one way, or what would be the best way to keep my video card from overheating all the time! (No, nothing is overclocked)
