Everytime I hit A,S,D,F and J,K ,L and the left arrow it types a U. What's the problem? Is the keyboard going out??

I have just installed xp on a p4 with a flatscreen ( i have done this 20 before and not ahd a problem) but the icons are huge and i can't change the screen res, it simply won't let me move the little bar. also n the 'monitor' tab i can't change the properties. any suggestions before i put my fist through the screen???? thanking yo in advance!

It is about time for me to buy another computer. I used MACs until I was in the military, then switched to a Wintel box. I still feel that MACs are way ahead of Wintel boxes, but all military software runs only on PCs. I want to still be able to do all my work, and I was wondering if there are any performance problems with running Windows on a MAC now that MACs run on Intel chips?

I bought a computer from a fleamarket and the price was just to good to be true. I have a Manchester dual-core 4200 and 1 Gig of ram, but when I use my web cam on Yahoo IM, the pictures refresh about one every 2 to 3 seconds. I can't seem to get it to go faster (God knows the computer should be able to handle MUCH more than that!), so I think the web cam itself is to blame. If it is, how do I get a good one so my web cam is smooth and fast or how do I get this one to work right?
PLEASE, no stupid answers. I get tired of telling idiots to do their point farming elsewhere.

I have bought a new HP laptop. Its is really good (1.6ghz Duo, 500MB RAM...). But it often scrashes when I use it, most of the times, I don't run any heavy programs. It just stops whenever it feels like to.
Somebody says that it is because my laptops is probably having some programs that have conflicts with each other.
How can I solve it? Is it because of the Windows? It is a genuine one tho.

MY DVD BURNER KEEPS HAVING WRITE ERRORS. IT JUST WON'T BURN ANY DVDS. I UPDATED THE FIRMWARE, BUT IT ONLY BURNER 2 DVDS BEFORE ACTING UP AGAIN. EITHER IT WILL MESS UP A DVD DISK OR IT WON'T EVEN START THE BURN. WHAT'S WRONG? (SORRY ABOUT THE CAPS, NOT YELLING, LOL)

My PC is a celeron 300MHz desktop with 72mb of ram.
Have you finished laughing yet? Good.
I installed XP on it and now it is very slow. Can i use virtual ram to speed it up? and how do i do that without blowing my processor?

I tried to print out a document from a web site yesterday but instead of printing only one page from it I accidentally pressed on the 'all' space and my printer kept on printing out the whole site which was about of 32 pages. I didn't know how to stop or cancel the program so that my printer could stop from printing.In the middle of this process I had to withdraw all my papers from my printer to stop from printing.
