Is internet eraser still the best way of clearing your surfing habits on a pc or is there a better way.

I'm looking for something better then just deleting cookies, temp internet files, etc.

When im at school on the computer and I try and go to sum web sites like my pace and baby sites they wont let me ( dont worry Im a mommy) any way I can never get through the broswer.. ( I try and even go to foriegn sites and stuff)
Is there a site or anything I can go to where it will hide the site I go to ( block the prox codes) does any one knoe of any sites ( and behidden.com is blocked from our site as well) Like that ???

I use Lava Soft's Ad-Aware and it recently detected a trojan horse w/ a rating of 10, which I removed immediately after my scan. Am I still in danger? Please help. Thanks.

It's not supposed to right? I used to have cable broadband, but I recently switched to at&t (sbc) 2wire wireless DSL. Anytime the phone rings it disconnects from the internet. I have 3 computers, and they all do it. Only one runs off the wireless part of the 2wire router. All the equipment is new. I don't have call waiting or call forwarding. What should I do? PLEASE HELP!!!
