When I switch back to my Myspace page after listening to someones' song, I still hear it. If I go back to their page it just starts their song over. When i get back to my page, I hear my song along with the song from the previous page. The songs overlap each other. How can I stop the damn song?

I keep getting these emails, they are always from a different sender, and they have really random subjects. Then when you view the email, it has information about how you should buy this stock, bla bla bla! They always go straight to my bulk mail, but they are still annoying the crap out of me. Does anyone else get those and is there any way to stop them?

There is no opt-out option or remove me option. I try to reply to the e-mail to get removed, but I keep getting them back saying that they did not go through. That that address does not exist. Is there anything I can do. Please help. I'm tired of going to sleep and waking up to 100's of bulk mail.

My friend wants me to switch over to Yahoo!'s Messenger 8. Is it a Beta program? What does that mean? How is it better or different from Yahoo! Messenger with Voice? Do I need to uninstall the old Messenger with Voice program from Add/Remove before I allow the download of Messenger 8 to go through? I really need to know if this is a wise change-over for my system. Is it like an upgrade? I am using Windows XP Service Pack 2. In closing, what should I watch for? Any cautions? Things to check out before downloading it? What's your "scoop" on Messenger 8? I need lots of input on this before I go ahead and download it into my system. If I download Messenger 8 and do not like it, or want to keep it, how do I get back my old Messenger with Voice once again? I am the administrator. Computer is Dell Dimension1100. I set power scheme to:
Turn off monitor: after 20 minutes, turn off hard disks: I tried 'never'
and 1 hr., System standby: after 20 minutes. When I click 'save as' for the
Power Scheme of Home/Office Desk, the error message says:"Indicates 2
revision levels are incompatible". I tried to delete and rename Power Scheme
(KB article), but same error message Goes into Standby after 6
minutes, hibernates after another six minutes.Manual Standby from Start lasts 6 minutes. System Restore failed to help. I want to stay in StandBy after 20 minutes idle. HELP!

I have a Server running on Win NT Server and I have another comp running Win XP Home Edition. I understand Home edition doesn't have the Networking Properties as the Professional edition. Is there a way to by pass it so I can access the server? Right now all the computers are set up to be the same workgroup (connected through a router). I can see the other comps in the network but can not access them. This computer can not see the Server At all. Please help! Any comments would help! Thanks.

my boyfriend left his laptap out and i decided that i wanted to try it out (instead of our computer) while he was at work i turned it on and this blue screen popped up and said that there was a problem so windows shut itself down and that i am suppossed to restart the computer but i don't know how can someone please help?

I cannot get onto the internet with my new hp laptop. It does have wifi and lan capabilities. I don't know if this could be why, but awhile back my system crashed, I reinstalled all the drivers and everything. I need help, I'm not very computer smart! Our 11 year old daughter went on the laptop and got on the internet. We don't really know what happened after that. Now, everytime you turn it on, and log in, it will bring up the desktop and then you get the error message that ISAS.EXE must close, send error report or not? Then, the blue screen of death. When the blue screen of death comes up, the only thing I can read before it shuts down is "beginning memory dump". Can anyone tell me what to do and how to do it? I have tried ESC at the beginning of the load up and also ctrl-alt-del to get into the directory to view it, but, the computer always boots right on up to the log in screen. Any help would be appreciated.

The Caps Lock key is almost never used nowadays. On the other hand it is great nuisance if it is touched accidentally. Are there still uses for this irritating key (maybe when writing computer programs)?
