It's turning over but the engine just won't start. I think it's been demobilised. How do I get this car re-started?

i live in albany new york and do all paralell parking. i need a car that is easy to handle, strong enough for snow but still fairly good on gas. what would anyone suggest, or not suggest?

I'm looking at a 98 Lexus GS300 which is on the above link. The dealer says it had "slight frame repair" but there is no record of accident or salvage title on CARFAX. Would it be possible to somehow sell a car with a clean title that would normally have a salvage or rebuilt title? Is this a red flag or is it okay to buy cars with frame repair? I was thinking of taking it into to a mechanic who specializes in alignment and frame repair.

I bought a 99 honda accord V^ last year in Novermber froma dealer. I feel like they screwed me over becuase it already had 127,000 miles on it and got it for $9,500 plust tad plus interes. Befroe i even came to this dealer i went to several others. Because my credit score was really bad nobody would qualify me but the creditor i got. So- theygave it to me with 23% interest. According to tehm- my balance is $8,000 since last year it has barely gone down cuz interest is so high. If i decide to send a $3,000 payment in JAN and $2,0000 in April- what would happen next?? obviously the balace is gonna go down but- if i decide to pay it off before the year is over will i still have to pay the interest? is there a early payment penalty?

I have a 99 Pontiac Grand Am SE.. The other day i went to take my kids to school and went to turn the car and it sounded like it was going to start but never would completly turn over. And the security light was flashing.. After about 20 times of turning it off and on it finally started.. Does anyone have any idea what might have cause it to do that.. This was the 2nd time it had done it.

My husband and I bought a 1999 ford windstar. (I wanted a minivan he didn't) we bought a used one so we wouldn't have to worry about payments. This POS has been in the shop more times than its been out. The main problem was the check engine light was on. Now, my heat won't work and makes a horrible sound. I took it in and they said the "door" is jammed and won't turn over to heat. Ok, the van is in the shop today, they called me this afternoon and told me that I am going to have to pay $90.00 for them to replace the door. We have a warranty so I didn't think we had to pay anything. The woman @ the dealership told my husband that its not covered by the warranty because... The heat is considered a luxury item. WTF??? We live 30miles south of chicago, IL. How the hell is heat a luxury item?? It snowed here this morning and right now our temp is 41. Are we being scammed by the dealership?

A few months ago we had all four tires on our Ford Windstar replaced, and they told us that we needed new tie-rods, which we couldn't afford. We've been meaning to get them done, but we're broke.

Yesterday on the way to the grocery store, the car started rocking back and forth like a boat as we were driving down the road. It was really freaky. As long as we kept it under 40 MPH it was relatively stable, but still slightly wobbly. If we went OVER 40, it was like a ship on a stormy ocean.

Hubby is on his way to the mechanic right now, but I am just curious as to what it might be.
