My MB has a lighting problem. All fuses good and bulbs work in other sockets. Problem: right low beam and right taillight do not work. When high beams turned on both front work but still no taillight. When fog lamps on, all but one bulb in taillight works, including front right light. (high&low) Any ideas or should I just leave fog lights on ? Dealer 45 miles away and very stuffy.

What are the requirements into getting a pilot school or an aviation one? Like Embry Riddle or Spartan? Do they care about grade point average in high school and is it competitive to being accepted there?

My car is plain white and has stock police wheels and a mounted search light. When a police officer passes me they pull me over to check my license plate, even though I haven't done anything wrong. How can I remove the light? Will this stop them from harrassing me? How about the wheels? Can I sell the light or wheels anywhere?

Is there any way rain water can leak into the car, other than a window being left slightly open or something? It rained just yesterday, and today i notice the carpet of the drivers side is soaking. I was pretty sure the windows were all up, and it was weird because it was only the drivers side, and the surrounding carpet was dry. the seat, sides etc were all dry. Is there any other way for water to seep in?

I plan to buy an affordable car. I've narrowed my choice to a Jeep Compass 2007 or a Dodge Calibre 2007. Which is a better buy for the money? What is a reasonable discount to ask for? What strategy should I use to negotiate for a discount? Or, would I have more luck asking for free-bees? I have to buy tomorrow since I'm paying for a rental. Please help. Thanks.

I am in Canada and I am selling a car to someone who lives in the states, they have offered to send me a money order and have agreed that the car will not be released untill the money order clears, I have been reading all of this stuff online about fake money orders and that the bank will cash them even if they aren't real, How do I avoid this and make sure this is a legit sale.
I really don't want to get scammed, what should I be looking out for. Also they said they would take care of the shipping.
I just sent them my name and address for them to send payment.

hi, i am 17 yrs old and i don't know how to drive yet and my mom has taken me driving like two times. she said i was terrible and it is so easy and why i don't pick it up that fast and she stopped teaching me, Well i am quiet and shy and in high school so i have low self esteem and low confidence and i was wondering does this have an effect in driving? Cause i see people who are always mad and are sad all the time and drive well. Or is it based on how you deal with your emotions? I feel like a loser i am 17 and don't know how to drive!!!!!!

A very visible, red, raised keloid scar on my wife's forearm is the last part of an insurance settlement from a car accident in June. Our claims adjuster asked us to think about things like embarassment being seen with the scar, having to change her wardrobe to all longsleeved clothes to cover the scar, pain, permanance or persistence of the scar and future possible surgery to revise the scar when we think about what amount of a settlement to expect. One website suggest a rule-of-thumb of 1.5 to 3.0 times the amount of the medical expenses for the accident. We've never been through this before and have no idea of what is fair.
