Can household 3way switches be used for 12v lighting? I would like to wire 12 volt ceiling/dome lights in cargo area of a van with switches in two locations. Any help or link to a 12v wiring diagram is appreciated.

I just got a 94 Buick Park avenue a few weeks ago. I'm 17 and getting my license (hopefully) on the 25th of this month. I have a question about the insurance. Our company is Amica. I've gotten a quote recently from my dad talking to them. He told me today that after two cars are insured the third one is automatically listing me as the primary driver. I'd like to be able to be the 'secondary driver' to save money...anyone know if this is possible with this company?

of my 2000 Honda Accord with 97,000 miles. Noise is more noticeable when I put on the brakes or turn, but also occurs afterward even when not engaging the brakes. I took it into a brake shop and they said definitely NOT the brakes, but couldn't identify the problem. Do you have any ideas of what else it could be?

If the car is no more useful, and they are going to destroy it, can't I have the car? There are a lot of pieces that could be used.

Ive heard that they were stuck in the tires, that they were kicked up like a batting cage baseball thrower, that they have a high velocity towards your windshield, and that they have negligible horizontal velocity so the speed of your car is what provides the glass breaking energy. What is it?
