I have a 2000 Honda Odyssey. They tell me the "rotor" on the automatic sliding door is broken (causing it not to open or close correctly). How much does that cost to fix?

Hi,
I have 2003 Nissan Altima 3.5. Initially the engine rattled during the cold start up but now the noise comes while accelerating as well.I got the oil changed twice, the noise on acceleration is gone but the cold start up noise is still there. Can anyone help me and tell me what we should do. Our mechanic says that we should get the engine changed. I am not ready to believe that there is such a huge problem with the engine. Because we have had no other problem with the engine except for this noise and it has only run 80,000 kms.
Tks

Wife is a housewife. Husband bought truck less than a year ago. He died in May 2006. She signed the contract. She returned it to the bank (repossessed) as she can't afford the payments. They are now stating it's going to sale and she has to pay the difference of what they sold it for and what is owed. Is there anything out there to help her in this situation?

I got two tickets in Georgia, one for speeding and one for reckless driving. I am originally from Maryland, and have a Maryland drivers liccense, I just go to school here. In Maryland, all my friends would always take their tickets to court because the judge would almost always drop the points of reduce the fine or something. Is it worth it to try to take the two tickets to court? Can I pleed PBJ?

My 1991 Ford Escort dash lights are not working. I looked in the fuse panel, but could not find anything pertaining to that particular light. I don't want to just go pulling out fuses. Which fuse should I check?

It's an 04 fatboy. Sometimes it sputters and pops with a little throttle, I can over gun it and work around it. But if I restart it, usually it runs just fine. The carb seems to be fine. What could it be? Or should I just take it in and have a professional look at it and charge me an arm and a leg?

of accident proetection and this one car rear ends another? Well, car #1(the driver) puts on his brakes -because you can hear them squealing - but the wheels of the car keep moving? Is this something I wasn't supposed to notice or do cars really do this? If cars do this -then why? Don't the brakes stop the car?

to me it seems pointless...10 cylinders making less torque than a diesel, less horsepower than a v8, all while getting about 7-8 to the gallon. why did they make these? why do they continue to make them? why don't people just get diesels if it's power they're looking for?

I've replaced: All new MSD ignition/plugs/set timing. I've ck'd installation config...all OK Replaced radiator/thermostat/H2Opump and the gauge sensor. I've 'burped' the coolant sys. This is a new motor/install. I have a new exhaust sys. also.
The motor is down on pwr; idles great. Exhaust sounds "airy"The overheat condition is slow...takes about 30 minutes of stop and go driving in 75-80 degree heat, to get motor to 212 degrees...turned on heater to control it.
Since it's in a 4wd vehicle; the exhaust coming off the pass. side goes forward to join the drivers side tube coming across the front of motor. It joins at a 90 degree ...could THIS be causing backpressure??

I have had the cv joints struts, steering rack and all of that stuff fixed. One shop told me my whole subframe is bad now this new shop is telling me it's just the bushings. Could they be causing a clicking noise? And could they cause tire wear? How much to fix them?
