i'm probably about to recieve an offer as a retail assistant manager for a store in the mall and i was wondering what the going rates were for retail managers in major corporations. if anyone works as a retail asst. manager or has previously i'd like to know what your hourly rate was/ is and or salary and if you could give me the name of the company you work for that'd help so i'd know what i was looking at. thanks a lot :)

Please give me some suggestions on what jobs are enjoyable. Out-of-the office jobs are mostly welcome. And when I say fun, I mean in the sense of good clean fun. It must be moral and legal.

The reason why I'm asking is because the pay is really not good wherein I work but everything else about it is convenient for me. I'm an accountant. I would want to have a job wherein the compensation package is attractive but I'm afraid of pressure and stress. I also don't like the idea of working overtime and on Saturdays.

So, do you enjoy your job? What do you do and why do you enjoy it?

So what advice can you give me? Thanks.

ok i quit my job at wendys because the managers harassed the empolye's and one day they were cusing every one out so i walked out. now i need a job, but i am 16 and still in school also i CANNOT work on sundays or wensday nights. i am a L.I.T. in church and often have to teach a lesson to the kids i work with. dont say another fast food place, i lothe fast food. and did now want the job at wendys in the frist place.

my biggest problem is that my dad will not let me drive till i am 18, it was the way he was raized so i have to follow it too. and most places in town say i have to be able to drive to work for them.
i love to cook, but hate fast food. and i live in wadesboro NC

I run a company that designs computer learning games for toddlers. My wife and I started it about 3 months ago. I have programmed several games and we have a website but I am lost when it comes to marketing. We have sold a few and the feed back we have received has been tremedous. I know there good products but I have no money for marketing. I currently have a survey up and online to get more feed back but dont know how to drive people to the site. are wondering if we find that she did not have a will, will her assets be divided between her only sister living and two nephews that are still living> Also what site do I go to to find out any legal records in Center, Texas (thats in east, texas. My husband's mom said she told her she had a will and she was the executor but how do we go about starting the search...would we go to the couthouse first? then have to call all banks we know of around there and see if she might have had a bank deposit box rented with stuff in it. I just go t approved for aloan for 170,00 but the county is covering 50,000 for closing and down payment. so I am aacually only getting financed for 20,000. the problem is I can only afford payments of 7 to 8 hundred a month and this loan is 774 and 1002 after taxes and insurance . my credit score is 630 and my partner is 619 together we make about 52,000 a year.

Various different people, one that I know of for sure, used my name in order to be accepted in the hospital ,someone else used it to finance their education. I am being apprroached by attorneys saying if I do not pay I will be taken to court Do I call the local police dept and tell them or do I call someone else? If I call the police I am sure they can tell me who to call.

1. calculate the repayment yu must make on the loan
A = 200000 * 0.005

2. at the end of the fifth year you is repaying the loan . How much interest he would save if he repaid at this point.
No. of remaining instalment = 20 * 12 =240
Payout figure = 1288.60 * 1-(1.005)-240

Savings=1288.60 * 240 – 179863.78
= $129400.22
3. at the end of tenth year there is a rise in interest to 9%
calculate the new repayment amount.
Terms of loan = (25-10) = 15*12 =180
I = 9%/12
= 179863.78 * 0.0075
------------------------
1- 1.0075-180
= $1824.29
4. if he wants to continue with original repayments how many additional years are required to repay the loan.
Additional payment for 15 yrs = (1824.29-1288.60)*120
