i'm meeting a friend for the first time for a dinner date. we only talked.we have known each other for over a year but have not met in person. I'l be flying in to NY for a week on a work assignment. We have decided to finally meet in late May in NY. I am a tshirt and jeans kinda gal with simple makeup.(i dont wear or even have dresses)I would like to do myself up with the makeup and dress up for once for our special date.I need help.Any idea where i can get a makeover -hair, make-up and dressing up -the whole works without burning a big hole in my pocket.I am excited to meet him and looking forward to a wonderful,memorable, magical times and a night to remember and more.

My finger nails are short,
They usually don't grow do to the fact that I used to always bite them!! I have no idea how to make them grow...

Everytime i shave my underarms they get really irritated and get little red bumps and start to hurt. what can i do to avoid all of these symptoms. i am going to be getting married soon and i don't want to have those little bumps anymore.??

I am obviously fair skinned but I feel so out of place where I live because usually if you live in Florida......u are TAN!!! I want a tan really bad.......but think that it's impossible for me to get one because of how fair i am. So, i was wondering if anyone knows how to I can get a NATURAL tan (NOT fake). If you could help me out on this one i would very much appreciate it. PLEASE HELP ME GET A TAN!!!!!

No matter what I do I can't get rid of the sweat! Whenever something rubs on my armpits I get the pit stain look. I even try putting it on twice a day and I heard that putting deoderant on before bed will help fight the sweat and odor for the next day. I've tried a number of deoderants and settled on Dove for a long time but am now back on my search. I am using Degree at the moment. Any suggestions? I'd prefer to stay with women's, but I have tried mens...so I guess I'm up for anything. Thanks!

Anyone know any way to make my breasts firmer? Im only 17 and they have already began to sag a little. Im a 36D and dont wanna have to get a boob job by the time Im 18. lol Which I wouldnt even consider but anyone know any tricks?

So I would never say about 95% of what I'm about to because I'm so shy, but I have to ask this question.. I'm really really modest but okay here goes. I know I'm attractive..random guys always call out to me and such..I'm petite & skinny, but not too skinny (I have muscle definition from being a gymnast and dancer for 15 yrs.. I'm 19) I weigh 95 lbs, but I'm only 5ft.. Everyone says all my weight is in my chest (I wear a 36B).. dark skin (I'm Hispanic),pretty face,dark brown hair.. which goes down right below my chest.There's only one thing I'm self conscious about.. I have some hair only on my upper back.. it's not thick or anything, but I notice it.. It's not that bad, but like I said I'm self conscious about it. The question is.. I'm dying to cut my hair to where my shoulder blades are.. which would show my back if I wear something low in the back.. what do guys think about this? If a girl is really attractive, but has that, do you think it's gross?

i'm not Indian.as a matter of fact,i'm Sri Lankan.(not sure if you guys have ever heard of my little island),but it's close to India & most of the girls have distinct Indian features(we're related to them since a long time back).

I have been told many times by relatives, parents of my friends, a few of my friends, and even a couple random people that i am pretty. I also had a few enemies say otherwise in the past. I am almost 14 years old. I think i am the only one of my friends that doesn't have a boyfriend. I've had boyfriends before but none that i am really proud of saying i've dated. I also get kind of nervous around boys my age that i don't know. I just have low self esteem and im tired of it. I want to look in the mirror and learn to love what i see, but most of the time i despise it. Im 5'9 and im going to get a second interview at a modeling agency. I also have a bit of acne. so, anyways, do yall have any tips on what i could do to give my confidence a little boost?
