I dyed my hair so much last year about 10 times I think.......I know it's bad but I couldn't get the right shade so I kept dying my hair to acheive the right color........so my hair is extremely damaged right now and I have hair breakage on the top of my head near the scalp.........I once had really beautiful hair..........and would love it back..........I know that hair grows back but what shampoo should i use while i wait for my hair to grow back? What is a good shampoo to use on my colored and damaged hair?

Ok. I have natural curly hair...But it is EXTREMELY Frizzy. Does anyone know of some kind of creme or something other than Gels or hair sprays that can easy down my frizz.. i have tried a lot of things.

I'm trying a whole bunch of different ways but its just not working right!!! My friends all have straight hair and it works on them, but mines not totally straight it sorta flips out at my shoulders sometimes. Does that make a difference??? Any ideas would be great!!! Thankssss

I have wavy hair, cut a little past my shoulders. It's heat-damaged, because of straightening and curling it, so I probably want a moisturizing shampoo. Please provide links, too!

A couple days ago I tried to highlight my own hair with Revlon's Frost and Glow for medium - light brown hair. The highlights turned out yellow... and I didn't space them out as well as I would have liked.
Is it safe for me to re-dye my hair all over with Revlon Colorsilk (Dark Ash Blonde) this soon?
Will the new color (which is just a few shades lighter than my natural color) cover the yellow highlights or will it make them even more noticeable?
Is there a chance the dyes could react and turn my hair some funky color?

Please help!!

Prom is in about a little over a month and i was thinking of getting extensions but after getting advice and researching it i figured extensions are too risky for such a short event. I have a beautiful red dress that ties around my neck. Many people have said that i should have an updo hairstyle or one of those hairstyles with the ponytail to the side. the problem is i've searched some sites and they dont seem to have pictures of the right hairstyle. so if anybody has any advice or pictures on how i should get my hair done (note: my hair is only an inch below my shoulders so i dont have much to work with. at least thats what i think). that would be greatly appreciated =]

I have like above the shoulder europian hair & would like to apply some hair extensions. I can't afford to have them done at the hairdressers & want to do them myself. I have the wefts & the glue & know roughly what to do but would like some extra tips. Do you know of any application hair extension websites that I could get images & free instructions on how to do this please. I got a relaxer on Wednesday last week and I want to go to a party this Tinisha's party Saturday and Christina's part a week after Tinisha's.Christina will have a pool party and i'm going , but I dont want my hair to fall out, nor do I wanna sit down while everyone else is having fun! I am mostly black and Jamaican and I have thick, coarse hair. I need any tips!!

I do get it cut every 4/5 weeks, i dont wash it everyday, i was it every other day. i really want it to grow and its somewhat dry! can anyone give me suggestions? and whats the avarage length someones hair is supposed to grow in a month?

My hair is natural and I cut off my realxed ends 5 months ago an dit still hasn't grown out since. It's in a teenie-weeine afro and its really short. I have always had dirty blonde hair with some natural highlights running through it. Just recently my hair has turned a very beautiful auburn color... and i love it! In the sun it looks gold/ yellow, and then indoors it looks auburn. It is really weird, but I really really like it... so why did this happen? Is there anything I can do to keep my hair like this, or is this color change temporary?
