I'm 23 and have been saying for years I need to start reading again. When I was younger, I used to read constantely, I loved mysteries like "The boxcar children", "Hardy Boys", I read "Choose your own adventure" books. The last 2 books I have read are the latest harry potter books "order of the pheonix", and "half blood prince" both of which I enjoyed and can't wait for the last book to come out.

Meanwhile what are some good fantasy/mystery books/authors I might want to check out that are more adult reading level that will keep me interested?

I'm specifically looking for where I can get it proofed and edited by new eyes.

It's already gone through revisions, but I know it needs work.

I wanted to know what happens after movie 6, before I bought any of these books I wanted to know:

1. Are they any good?
2. Are they well written - in terms of style (I like reading novels).
3. After movie 6, what order should I read the novels (I've seen there are quite a few but I couldn't work out the order they came in.
