I have an idea forming, but I can't seem to get it anywhere...

I've been drifting off for hours now (music, writting other things, stuff like that), and I'm still not getting anywhere.

How can I sit down and think about it, so I can start forming ideas?

Just curious because I've recently been timing myself over reasonable periods of time and the average amount of time to read a single page is less than half of what my guess was. How long does it take you to read a single page.

I was hoping somebody could send me the excerpt about the "Declaration of Corporate States of America". It's in the seventh chapter called "Horatio Alger Must Die". Thanks for the help.

Here it goes:
a young guy (+-13) arrives in a town alone, with no money, with no friends...and in the story plot in needs to find a sort of employer for who he'd work to get fed and get a bed.

How could I make that happen?
Any propositions are gratefully accepted.
