What kind of illustrations (ie: children's book illustrations) and clip art are considered in the "public domain"? How do I find out if a copyright has expired? If you take a bunch of non copyrighted clip art & illustrations and make a compilation is it a "new" piece of work and can it be resold for profit?

What do you think about this? 'Chocolate City' Nagin left the city in hell. I didn't see him rescuing anyone. I think the doctor and her nurses showed compassion for the terminally ill who would have suffered needlessly in the sweltering heat.

If the government does consider the three murderers, then I think the Mayor should be charged as well.

In the meantime, Houston is crying for New Orleans to take all their thugs back. They are tired of the crime. The thugs who've returned are killing each other off now anyway.

So let's take intelligent, compassionate and educated women and charge them with murder. Yeah, makes alot of sense, huh?

do you think they are true? can we actually sense something strange going on?
I have one, and there is no reason for me to have it, but I have. I think I have this guy that I know but not met, check up on what I do online. There is no reason in his behaviour towards me to suggest that he'd want to, or to suggest he has any interest in what I have to say. I have a feeling he's quite a secretive person and a tad over sensitive. If I mention him at all online, the pattern changes, either he'll stay away for a while or look more frequently, anybody else that I mention who I thought it might be, the pattern wont change. There is definitely a secret viewer, that never responds or answers me back. I dont talk to this person, we dont get on very well. I have asked him outright before, he got all defensive and quite rude, so I'll not do that again. But why do I have this gut feeling, it's strange!
