I am a mother of five, 28, and a homemaker....and loving it I might add! My only dilemma is that I have younger ones that aren't in schooling age. I have a 7, 6, 4, 2, and 3 month old. I am only homeschooling the older two. It is hard enough to keep kid's attention at that age but even harder when I have little ones that want to get right in the middle! :o) Should I just wait till the little ones have their nap times? Any suggestions from fellow homeschoolers or teachers are most helpful.

One week ago, DD woke up not being able to feel her legs. They were swollen and red with bruised looking knee caps. We propped them up, the swelling went down but now her legs hurt so bad she is in a wheelchair. Chiropractor and GP ordered an MRI of lower back which came out normal.
Her legs are painful to the touch. She cannot put weight on them, she has two points on her spine that cause complete bilateral numbness in her legs. One spot is just above the hips, the other is just below bra strap level. Manual traction removes the pain in the legs but when legs are released the pain comes rushing back worse than ever. Has anyone ever heard of these symptoms and what they mean? The docs are perplexed and I am getting worried.

i am almost 18 and my boyfriend is 22. every girls dream bf. well i think that i am pregnant..i havent had a period since late september. my cycles are usually 45 days long. but i have just been crying every day and night for the last 2 weeks and acting physco to my boyfriend . i even looked up plastic surgeons because i get so insecure when some girl walks by and we both glance at her breast and i told him tonighht im getting implants..when i dont even want to. did you guys feel freaking bi polar too???

I invited a grade older girl to lunch with some friends a couple days ago. I like this girl and want her to go. She said she wanted to go but hasnt asked when and where. We were supposed to go tomorrow. Should i ask her again if she would like to go or just see if she responds.

My husband and myself are preparing to start with adoption, it will be international and we are fully prepared to wait two years for it to complete. A concern I have is with the home study - we are currently remodeling our home and I wonder if anyone would know if this might become a problem. Most of the house is completed, we have only the landscaping, living and dining rooms left to complete. Is this any reason for a home study not go on, or for it not to turn out positively?

I'm starting to write a book and its a fantasy book not like lord of the rings, but it has elves dwarves nut thats with a lot of fantasy books. I created a race like hobbits, not hobbits, but like them. for example they're small and have curly hair. Do you think people will say i steal ideas? Also lets say i choose to have 4 of this hobbit like race like lotr or choose to have a demon appear if i go into mines. or have a town dedicated to horses. We have an annual Halloween party and on October 26 of this year we decided to have it at a small city owned building. Towards the end of the night amongst all of the activity someone put some pizzas in the oven to warm some up. Well they put them in to hot and it started a small fire. Being stupid and drunk I took the fire extinguisher and put it out, but it was one of those old ones that keeps going. So, I sprayed it out then ran outside and sprayed it in the air and gave one last toot inside the kitchen for shits and giggles. Needless to say it made a big mess, we cleaned up and now they want 943.00$
