I got a gift certificate to Red Robins for Christmas and have thought about asking this guy I like to have lunch with me sometime over break. I've already been to his house for dinner a few times and his mom wants to meet my mom, so they could chaperone us. We are both 8th graders. Do you guys think we're too young to go out together somewhere though? Although I do like him I think having a friendship with him is more important for now especially since we're pretty young and there's more time to get to know each other in high school anyway.

I am sorry for the wide sweeping generalization.

For the Fundamentalist who may not agree with Catholicism or more likely do not understand certain teachings of the Church, but are still respectful and tolerant this is not for you.

I would, however, like to hear from the Fundamentalist out there who have genuene hatred in there hearts for Catholicism.

And I have seen some of your questions or more specifically answers to questions and the comments you make can be nothing other than hateful.

There are about 15,000-30,000 and growing Christian denominations in the United States alone.

Many of them with views quite contrary to yours.

Why do you not attack them.

Lutherans, Methodist, Anglicans, and Episcopalians all have religious views similar to Catholics.

Yet they are immnune to your attacks, why is this?

I was just wondering if there's any bluegrass fans out there. I grew up listening to Bill Monroe though I have listen to Rhonda Vincent, Flatt & Skruggs, Ricky Scaggs, but, is Alison Krause considered bluegrass or was she in her earlier years.. Is there any groups or solo artists that are pretty good.. let me know I'm willing to listen to some newer stuff. But, used to the traditional artists... Thanks in advance... Breakfast has to be before 8, lunch has to be between 12 and 1 (any earlier and I'll probably get too hungry before dinner, too late and I won't be hungry enough for dinner and I'll start getting too hungry midday), dinner has to be between 6 and 7, and dessert should be between 8 and 9. If I know I won't have access to my kitchen or a restaurant at one of these times, I'll pack my own meal. I get extremely angry if someone wants to go to dinner at, say, 7:00 (usually the anger is internal--it's not like I yell at my friends). Also, I spend a LOT of time planning my meals. Breakfast and lunch need to be healthy and light (usually not from a restaurant); dinner is more flexible as far as content. I don't snack at all (except for dessert).

I also *have* to exercise every morning.

Most people don't mind if they miss a meal or if they eat a big lunch and aren't as hungry for dinner. I just want to know if anyone else out there shares my obsession and what "normal" people think of it.

My 7th grader has ADHD and ODD. He is in special ed but goes to mainstream classes. I was wondering if anyone has suggestions for modifications to help him with his problems with staying on task, easily distracted, and just being defiant toward teachers. He wants to do better but he doesn't know how because he lacks the self control neccesary to handle stressful situations. The school is no thelpful at all!

we just recently hooked up wireless on my cable internet. my computer desktop was quick. 6 mb. but now that my sister laptop is hooked ujp on wireless with the adapter my computer takes an hour to load up one page. but hers is flying. pls tell me how to fix my desktop.

Like, say for example, is it wrong to excuse yourself from a game of Monopoly that you are playing with a group of friends so that you can "go to the bathroom" and inside said bathroom you have a second Monopoly board game hidden under the sink which you fish $500 bills and hotels out of? Also, what about moving your boats around on Battleship? Sometimes, I realize mid-game that I actually meant to put my boats in different spots.

My cat keeps me up ALL NIGHT. Why is she doing this, and how can I make her sleep WHILE I AM ASLEEP?

She wakes me up by purring really loud, meowing loud, rubbing her snout on my face, then I wake up, pet her for awhile, then go back to sleep - but right after she sees me closing me EYES, she does it again? WHAT CAN I DO? i love her. but why is she doing this? :)
