I know that for protein, Iron etc. you have lot of options. How do you get your regular portion of Calcium?? What will you eat/drink? If you have acidity problem and doctor suggests you to eat yogurt/butter milk atleast two times a day, what you will eat? Can you please tell me?

I know that you might have answered this kind of questions a lot. But please will you write again?

we cannot afford the place were in and couldnt pay this month. It was due the first and is now the 10th. We got a notice today saying we have 7 days to pay or leave or will will be evicted. We are leaving but cant move into the other place till after xmas. I thought we had 30 days to leave. can we be evicted before then? (alabama)

This girl at work keeps inviting us to go places or do things with her. She's a nice girl but has some SERIOUS hygiene issues. I find that keep getting pressued into saying Yes. Eventually I come up with a plausible excuse and cancel.

Yet again I've found myself in the same situation. She wants us to come to her house & have dinner w/ her folks. What do I do? I'm running out of excuses. It's not that I can't go, it's that I don't want to b/c I know that her house is filthy and that she has horrible hygiene.

1. How do I get out of this situation?
2. How can I stop agreeing to things I dont want to do?
3. Is there a way to get her to stop asking me to do things in the future?

Please note that I want to keep on friendly terms...at work.

i am painting on canvas, and i want to back it up with gesso, but wow. that stuff is waaay expensive. is there an alternative to it? could i just use some sort of clear acrylic instead? i am going to be using acrylic to paint. thanks!

What type of food would you serve? Caribbean, Chinese, seafood, Mexican, turkey and dressing (it is in fall), stations of each of the above, something else?

It will be held on Halloween if that helps any.

Also, would tropical drinks be good to serve? Most of the guest list doesn't drink alcohol for various reasons but there are a few who do.

some soldiers use red torches, Aircraft carriers use red flood lights to illuminate the runway at night, and the inside of most bombers and large cargo carrier planes are illuminated with red light during night missions, especially the inside loading zone and tanks use red lighting too. I saw a movie a while back and it's bugging me that I can't remember the actors or what its called. Not like it was the best movie, I just can't remember.

It's about a newlywed couple that fight all the time. The couple and the woman's best friend go to a carnival and the husband gets drunk. The husband goes out to the van and the friend comes after him to make sure he is ok. He tries to rape the friend and the wife kills him. Then they both try to cover up the murder. The wife acts all sad and widowed and begs her friend to clean up the evidence. I don't even remember how it ends.

I hear people like Lennon and Dylan and it almost makes me weep cuz I don't think theres anyone around today with a vision for world change using their art to motivate and educate. I would like to think punk could do something, but we spend too damn long arguing with one another.

Yesterday I posted a question and was bombarded by angry people, that were literally putting me down. I don't feel my question was putting anyone or any religious belief down, but I was called "simple" "hostile" "angry" "non believer".......I simply asked why (SOME , NOT ALL) People that say they are of "God" are so quick to put down people that don't believe as they do. Isn't that exactly opposite of what they are supposed to be?

This question stemmed from an answer I saw posted about the Dalai Lama, someone was inquiring about him, and a guy claiming to be "Called by God" said 'he is deceiving us and leading us on a fast path to hell'....the Dalai Lama! ?

Please, I don't want to hear how awful you think I am, or how I should believe your beliefs. I just want to know why it is okay for the people that preach "God's word", (God, who is kind, just, and non judgmental), to be so brutally cruel in their responses to people? Do they have a license from God to persecute?

"Would I cry for him, if he were to die?
I think not
It is his fault I am broken
Crushed to a million
Billion
Tiny pieces of glass.
Neveragain to be put back again. {and I know neveragain has a space in the middle, I just wrote it like that 'cos it seems better.}
Broken forever
Forevermore.
