I know this isn't true across the bored but I know several people who like Ron Paul but say they will vote for a Democrat to be President if Ron Paul does not get the nomination.

Can you get any more polar opposite?

Ron Paul = small, small, small government
Democrats = big, bigger, bigger government

The support or nonsupport of the war should not be the central issue. Every single Democrat has not vowed to be out of Iraq by the end of their term. I would like to see more discussion on counter terrorism strategy and securing Iraq strategy rather then do you support or not support. If a Democrat goes into office we will have a full force in Iraq for at least a year.

So what will the Democrats and/or Republicans do in order for us to be more successful in Iraq? (even if we are "pulling out")

And what will the Democrats and/or Republicans do in order to better protect Americans from terrorism?

Independent minds want to know!

Because there are just too many damn possibilites if you allow yourself to think about it.

Are people that have an answer just unable to see any more possibilities... Is that why theories are proved wrong everyday? Because someone dared to say, you are not as clever as you think you are... Is someone with an answer just admitting that they have reached the limit of their own intelligence?

For an example of what I've noticed about this fetish that I find pathetic:

1. They thumb down your answers on questions even when they aren't offensive towards anyone in particular.

2. They have issues where they are Obsessive Compulsive about clicking on the thumb down option.

1) Is there any proof that indicates that the sizes of objects actually change size as the objects travel at speeds approaching c (the speed of light)?

2) If an object would travel at a speed close to c, then slow to a stop, would the object retain its original size?

Please explain length-contraction, I don't understand it!

as a child he kept taken his glasses with the eye patch over the good eye off. Now his good eye is on the blink, he can see with the lazy eye if he holds the newspaper very close.
Do you think anything can be done for the lazy eye now, he is a retired man in his 60's
thanks in advance?
