I think you should. Especially if you have children who were born before hers. She is after all taking money away from your kids. So why shouldn't you take it away from her. I think it is totally unfair that the woman in an affair gets rewarded while the man has to pay out the nose. Thoughts or opinions?

Pat Robertson, Billy Graham and their ilk - are there any among those numbers who could truly be considered good people and good christians? Ones who have not absconded with funds or church secretaries, don't damn entire cities to hell, etc. And ones whose names aren't embroiled in any type of scandal now or in the past.

I think there IS one but I can't remember his name.

I have a USB plug that I have been using for 2 different brand printers in the past and it worked and fitted well. I just bought a new printer over the weekend and for some reason the USB plug fits kind of loose. Just one light effortless pull and it is out of the socket, however it fits firmly into the computer but loosely into this new printer. What should I do? I thought a USB plug suppose to fit ALL printers.

The Myth of Dangerous Human-Caused Climate Change

Author/s: R M Carter
Paper ID: 702012
Year of Publication: 2007
Volume Title
Conference Proceedings - New Leaders' 2007

Abstract:

Human-caused global warming has become the environmental cause celebre of the early 21st century. The strong warming alarmist camp currently includes the United Nations, most Western governments, most of the free press, many large corporations (including Enron, before it failed), the major churches, most scientific organisations and a large portion of general public opinion. This phalanx of support notwithstanding there is no scientific consensus as to the danger of human-induced climate change. There is, therefore, a strong conflict between the level of public alarm and its scientific justification. How can this be?

In a democracy, the media serve to convey to the public the facts and hypotheses of climate change as provided by individual scientists, governmental and international research agencies, and NGO and other lobby groups. In general, the media have promulgated an alarmist cause for climate change; they have certainly failed to convey the degree of uncertainty that is characteristic of climate science, or a balanced summary of the many essential facts that are relevant to human causation.

Climate change is as much a geological as it is a meteorological issue. Natural climate changes, both warmings and coolings, are indeed a societal hazard. We usually deal with geological hazards by providing civil defence authorities and the public with accurate, evidence-based, general information about events like earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis and floods, and then by adapting to the effects when a damaging event occurs. As for other major natural disasters, the appropriate preparation for extreme climate events is to mitigate and manage the negative effects when they occur, and especially so for dangerous coolings. Attempting instead to ‘stop climate change’ by reducing human carbon dioxide emissions is a costly exercise of utter futility. Rational climate policies must be based on adaptation to dangerous change as and when it occurs, and irrespective of its sign or causation.

The issue now is no longer climate change as such, the reality of which will always be with us. Rather, the issues are, first, the failure of the free press to inform the public about the true facts of human-caused climate change and of the dangers posed by natural climate change. And, second, the vested interests held by many of the groups of warming alarmists. These interests include not only the obvious commercial ones, but also the many scientists and science managers who have discounted or remained silent about the huge uncertainties of the human-caused global warming hypothesis because it suited them to do so. Public opinion will soon demand an explanation as to why experienced editors and hardened investigative journalists, worldwide, have melted before the blowtorch of self-induced guilt, political correctness and special interest expediency that marks the sophisms of global warming alarmists.

According to the following article it does:

http://www.healthscout.com/news/1/609234/main.html

"Women are more comfortable with the idea of childlessness than men, new research shows, and the surprise finding might really reflect differences in how each gender views the pressures of parenthood"

"1962 is the tail end of the Baby Boom, and there definitely was a feeling that having children was what everybody did. The attitudes were definite and specific. Those who couldn't were regarded with pity, and those who could but didn't were disrespected."

According to the article things have changed. Please read

Which is your opinion?

p.s. I was surprised by this article, therefore I am curious about what you all think. It is not a criticism about having or not having children.

That is, until i found out we have no eggs. i needed 1 egg per package. So thats 6 eggs. And i only have my permit, so i can't go drive to the grocery store. Since the government is so concerned with not offending people, they have taken away prayer is school, posting the ten commandments in government buildings, even many places do not allow the nativity scene on government property. So, with this thinking, shouldn't the senators, congressmen and all members of the government have to work during the "Christmas" break, and not take a break, including delivering the mail. That is if they do not want to offend anyone.

alrighty in a nutshell i was with my girlfriend and it was better then amazing at first. but then i started getting insecure and always accused her of cheating even without any evidence of it. i would always break up with her like every other day over stupid things and she would always cry and beg me back like you wouldnt believe. i was too stubborn. i convinced myself that she was going behind my back. i was driven by jealousy. i ended up kissing another girl and told her about it. she still wanted to be with me anyways. she lies all the time now, for no reason. she likes this other guy and i found out and broke up with her but she would still cry and beg back even though she likes this other guy. i would give her more chances but i would always find out she was seeing this other guy. she was the one to finally end it and i think she is really done this time. i was so nasty to her. nobody wants us together. nobody. but i love her and want to fix it but it seems hopeless. what do it do
