WE ALL WANT TO LEARN MORE FROM EVERYONE ASAP!!

We all should know, how to make a roux from butter. Moreover, how to make all kinds of gravies and sauces from a ROUX.

We want to learn about different fats to use like turkey fat. Also different starches, like WHOLE WHEAT?? What happens if we use whole wheat or turkey fat? Also, how dark or long should we cook the roux to make turkey gravy?

All we know and have tried the normal formula of 1 oz of both unsalted butter and basic all purpose flour, too 1 cup of reduced broth and turkey drippings, after the fat has been removed. This makes the most famous and quickest turkey gravy, right!! But we want to learn more and all the different ways and opinions on Roux and Gravy. Especially, the effects, tastes and tests using turkey fat and whole wheat flour.

I used to like this guy & I told him that as well.He replied with a "I would have said yes,but I'm not looking for a relationship right now".That was one year back.

This year,we're much more friendly since we share a class together & we're feeling more comfortable(last year,we were very nervous around each other.more-like strangers).

Very recently he has started teasing me & making comments at most thing I do.Or he keeps staring at me as a joke & when I tell him that he has a much nicer view outside he says "but I have a better view in front of me".He gives me certain hidden compliments such as "You should have been a prefect instead of so & so" & "It's so graceful when you play the piano".

Does this mean he's trying to get my attention or is he just playing around with my feelings.

p.s. another thing I noticed is that the extent of his teasing is much less when the guys are around.

With the prices of gas skyrocketing and eventually the costs of flying too, do you think people will be less likely to travel to Las Vegas? Would this drive the casinos to make unbelievable low ball offers to visit? Or will it turn into 'If you build it, but the cost of traveling is too high, they will not come'? Comments?

I have a conflict between math and physics.
T1 and T2 are strings that go from the ceiling and hold 8 kg.
(Gravity = 10 m/s in this calculations so 8kg=80Newton)

I used the Law of sines:
so:
t2/sin53 = t1/sin 60
t1=t2*sin60/sin53=1.0842t2
t1=1.0842*t2
--------------------------------------...
but if I take the vectors and find how much each is pulling to the X axis and to the Y axis get that:
t1=t2*cos60/cos53=0.8...
Whats wrong?

Medicine and medical school is science. True biology is science. Facts and figures not just random vague theories from an old fart who never had nothing to add to society but just look at birds comparing them. Evolution to me seems to be science fiction rather then fact or conclusive. They just found this old fish bones and declared it as the missing link from fish to walk. I observed this new fossil and did not see any legs as they claim, not to mention if you have any common sense you can see that it looks alot like a large frog when it developes from tadpoles to land. The tree branches are always vague and some miraculously they change from fish to mammal. But the facts are the a bird is a bird and a fish is a fish and a mammal is a mammal. Dinosaur pics have been found of pleiasoarus and rex, yet the cult of evolution community always reutes this and never wants to discuss it. Or how about the real truth that dinosaurs have not all been extinct. Snakes and reptiles are dinosaurs.

Many wars have been fought because of religion, iraq is the most recent, going back to the jews before christ. I am not trying to h,urt anyone, but some of the greatest minds have been ruined by belives, auther conan doyle, ect. I think the world would be a better place if people got on with it.
