Do you believe in interracial adoption (as in a family adopting a child of another race)? Why or why not?

I personally have mixed views on the subject, because I noticed a lot of white families who adopt Asian children adopt them because they think asian kids are cute when they are little (you don't see most of them adopting a latino, indian, or other-raced child). I have heard of other scenarios as well regarding the problems with interracial adoption.

Yet I also feel a family is not bound by race but by love and a child of any race can be raised and adopted with love by parents of any race. But yet could it work if the parents show them other children just like them, know the child's heritage, culture, etc...

What is your opinion on this issue? For or against and why?

I need to re-paint my room and I have NO idea what to do it in. I am moving out with in the next year anyways (hopefully within 6 months) and this room will become a guest room, so it would have to be a pretty neutral color (I was thinking a beige or off-white color) because then I would have more freedom with what bedding and accessories I use. My room is small so it cant be a dark color and I dont want it to be really just... blah. Any suggestions.

it was by accident! i was walking around my room and it was facing face down and I didnt see it and walk on it...its all broken now...and Im worried about having bad luck!! I dont really believe in that stuff...but what if something bad happenes to me!!! Im scared! HELP!

I don't take as many risks in life as I would like. One of the things I want to try and do is express myself and really speak from my heart. I don't do this often, cause when I do, I usually get choked up, eyes watery and leave myself vulnerable. Being a guy, this isn't a typical guy thing...

I just want to ask the ladies...do you appreciate a guy who speaks from his heart even if it's just a regular guy friend that you're not attracted to or going out with?

Hi, Im a New Zealand girl who has her last day of high school ever tommorow. My school is far away and I would need to catch 2 different buses to get to school and to get home. On top of this we havnt got a study week and i have big end of year college exams next tuesday and wendsday .. and need to study. The real last day of school was today and tommorow is only 2 periods or 2 hours. Its not the last time to see friends as we are seeing each other on Friday . I also work 5 hours part time tommorow and need to catch the bus there as well. What would you reccomend I do?

now i am confused that i don't know where it burps and bloats, is it in the stomach or large whatever intestines. I had done the endoscope the other way round but nothing was found, only some minor ulcers in the rectum but this thing is still there. Now i am thinking of taking another endoscope through the mouth to the stomach. I also want to ask like if the problem is the stomach, what symptoms can i experience? i don't vommit and this problem has been there for a year now and had tried so many tests like sonars and took many medications but nothing changing it. my wife and i just finished saying goodbye to a mutual acquaintance. i turned around to pick up my bag and when i turned back the other way i saw him throw my wife a kiss( after already kissing her goodbye) i caught it with the corner of my eye. my wife says it was weird but not to read to much into it cause that is cultural for mexican people.

The complex that I currently live informed me today that when my lease is up in February, I will have 60 days after to either move into another unit, and have my rent go up from $1129 with some paid utilities to $1410 plus water, sewage and garbage or to find a new place to live. They said it's because they need to renovate the remaining apartments that haven't been renovated so they can sell the property. Can they legally do this? And if so, can they legally force me to pay more for another unit, when they are making me move into another unit and it is not voluntary?

Middle School: A boy walks past the desk of another boy. As the boy walks past, he kicks the desk intentinaly. A part of the desk flips up, knocking out several teeth. The child needs to see a dentist. The cost of the dental visit was over $400.00. Also, the parent of the injured child lost a full days pay.
The child now needs to have the tooth capped prior to braces. That cost yet to be determend.
The child who caused the injury to date has had two or three in-school suspentions.
Who should pay since the inccedent occured during school hours? I would assume all schools reguardless of what state have some form of insurance. Or is it the responsibility of the parents who's child caused the injury?
