i know that it has been seen since pre-historic times due to it's visiblity, but does anyone know when it was actually found to be a planet or first recorded as one?

If not, why has no terrorist attack on US Soil happened post 9/11?

Note: it seems to me a single misguided person could do great damage at ANY populated area in the US [mall, office bld, concert, etc] It took the US Gov. alsmost 1 month to catch the DC area sniper a few yrs back...

Last, what civil rights are / have been taken away by the US Gov., to date in the name of home land security and anti terrorism? Wire taps, imprisonment w/o charges, video cameras at intersections, etc?

When I'm about to write an essay I just freeze. I know the topic and develop a thesis and outline. I brainstorm and think, and think, yet I still freeze. Also when I start writing I find it hard to transition between paragraphs. How can I warm up to writing and write a smooth transitioned essay?

English is my second language please for give my bad English.
She constantly makes problems.And She dislike her mom mom,too.She wants to stay with us.She is 15.
She tells a lot of lies hard to trust her.
But every week some thing happens.
Of course I up set and say to her father to teach her !
But always end up I got alot alot alot of bad wards form him mainly It means I am the one making things worth ...and she got non these punch of the words.
I really wondered why?
Only one guess I can make is he loves his daughter very much. May be more then his wife.
If I said that he deny it but I can't believe it!
I am so unhappy and I have night mare at night..I love my husband but very close to my limit!
Last week the cash in may wallet vanished..
What I can do this situation....

This is the kind of junk I'm talking about. Too many of these rappers out right now are speaking without a purpose. I think we all know 50cent "gets money". It goes without saying, I mean he is a multi-million dollar recording artists with endorsements and water bottles. Whats the purpose? I'm doing homework and i need to find examples and situations from the movie "Saw 3" that explain the following types of abuse =
-Physical Abuse
-Emotional/Psuchological Abuse
-Verbal Abuse
-Social Abuse
-Sexual Abuse
-Financial Abuse
....I know there isnt ALL of those kinds of abuse in the movie but if you know a part of the movie that does involve one of these kinds of abuse, then please tell!
