I did today. I work at a bike store, and I taught a mentally handicap boy how to ride a bike!

A male pastor walked into a neighborhood pub to use the restroom. The place was hopping with music and dancing, until people saw the pastor. As the room quieted down he walked up to the bartender, and asked, "May I please use the restroom?"

The bartender replied, "I really don't think you should."

"Why not?" the pastor asked. "I really need to use a restroom!"

"Well, I don't think you should. There is a statue of a naked woman in there -- and she's only covered by a fig leaf!"

"Nonsense," said the pastor, "I'll look the other way!"

So, the bartender showed the clergyman the door at the top of the stairs, and he proceeded to the restroom.

After a few minutes, he came back out, and the whole place was hopping with music and dancing again! He went to the bartender and said, "Sir, I don't understand. When I came in here, the place was hopping with music and dancing. Then the room became absolutely quiet. I went to the restroom, and now the place is hopping again."

im 18 and my parents wont let me do anything.
how do i get them to loosen their grip, and show them that i can take care of myself?
i act responsibly and help out around the house, have a job, do alright at school, but they dont let me be myself.
They treat me like im a bad kid, and they are so dramatic! we had an argument and they said if i didnt stop verbally abusing them, they'd go to the police!! i dont even swear or anything! I have time limits on the computer, have to literally beg to go anywhere, even just to a friend's house, and they have a points system rewarding my 7 yr old brother and me for good behaviour!
why wont they let me grow up??

My sofa/loveseat are an olive green color, but not too green, it has more of a grey undertone to it. I want a wall color and a accent color. My dining room/kitchen is a light sunflower color and the columns are painted olive green so I wanted to try and tie in all the rooms... Can anyone help me???

The stage is set. I am going for custody for my son. WHY ? ex wife and boyfriend fighting in front of him. He even got arrested for breaking and entering into her 2 story apartment window at 3am.
I want to show the Judge I have a stable life. I have a house, a new 2007 car, and stable job. She has no job, lives in section 8, no stable life. And still loves to party and get drunk with kids sleeping in next room.

What is the best advance you can give me so that when i sit down in front of the judge...i can plee my case.
Please advise any tips will be taken .

I'm 18, I'm in college and I feel my old ways of dressing aren't adequate for me. In high school I was really into the hardcore/metal scene, I wore a lot of black band shirts and ratty, tight fitting jeans. I'm a pretty big guy, 6' 0" and 187 lbs. I'm pretty muscular but don't have to much problem finding clothing that fits good, I'm just not sure whats really "in style" right now. I feel its just time for me to grow up, I've taken all my piercings out and I'm ready for a clothing change.

What should I wear? Clothing styles, brands, places to get this clothing?

am a dishwasher at a restraunt and i really like one of the cooks there and i kno that he likes me too. Im just realy shy around him and want to flirt but i just like freeze and cant!.. Do u kno any good things i could say to him that isnt too overboard!? Liek how bout when he gives me dishes to wash what should i say that would be funny??
