READ BEFORE YOU ANSWER::8 months ago I started dating a beautiful & intelligent woman whom I fell hard for.2weeks ago my g/friend(Kate) & I went home & striaght to my bedroom & locked the door.In the Mist of our love-making my Son spoke "Dad I can't open the door".Kate jump off & quickly covered us.I pulled myself together & let him out.

Firstly I was not expecting my son home Bc my wife was to pick him up 2 hrs ealier.Secondly the babysitter was home & she should ve known my son's whereabouts.Apparently my son fell asleep under my bed & we locked him in.

He told my "ex-wife to be"what he saw? She telling my Son to call Kate(whose black) a "N"

We been separated for 2 yrs(our divorce will be final in 3 months,it has taken long to divorce bcos we coundn't agree on how to divide our assets).I don't ve any feelings for my wife(EX-wife to be)at all.The reason she's still in my life is bcos we share a bond;our son.She slept with the landscaper&bought him stuff with my money.

Ok one of my past college teachers from school last semester and I are friends but not close close. I have been out to eat w/her a couple of times and she invited me over to her house to see her new baby. I have given her 3 baby gifts also. We talk alot through email but ever since school started and she had her baby which is her first, she doesn't write me over email as much as she used to. I also know her husband and work with him. Well this is my question, her birthday is this month and I thought about getting her a little card and a gift certificate to her fav. restaurant. I dont know if I shouldor not though. I was gonna ask her if I could come by her office at school to visit or if she would mind. I think she's a really nice person and friend, although we aren't very close. What doyou think I should do? Thanks for your advice!

im 26, he always prioritise his mates..
just like now, he just got back from new zealand for 14days with 4 of his mates snow boarding, instead of heading straight here in hobart to see me he rather to saty in melbourne for a day cause he wants to catch up wit the rest o the boys.. we dont leave together and he leaves in adelaide to study, we only see each other in like every 4-5weeks. for my oppinion, i am upset cause he'd rather to stay with his mates and catch up instead of coming down here to see me, rgardlessly that we only got three days to spend together and now its only two, i feel un important and not considered priority, i know his mates were than me, but he lready spend the whole holiday withthem. how inconsiderate!

I occasionally facilitate meetings for small groups of people (about 20) about 3 times a month. I show slides that they view while I narrate. Fortunately, I don't have to face them as I do it. I'm terrified in front of large crowds, and I don't know how I'd cope if I had to give such a meeting. I do pretty fair with these small groups; I stumble occasionally, but only because I used to stutter as a child, which I've almost completely overcome myself. But I still get very nervous.

How do you cope with your nervousness and tension when speaking before a group of any size? What do you have to fight against? Hands shaking? Blushing? Sweating? Stuttering?

How do you get around all that? Do your techniques help? Tell us your stories.
