How do you survive burn out? I’m so tired, I’ve been taking care of a lot of people and I can’t seem to find the time for myself, even when I’m alone, I’m thinking of their problems and what to do or say to them. I’m very depressed and in counseling, but I can’t effectively give myself any “me time” I can’t afford to go do anything right now and I don’t even feel like doing small things like cleaning my house. What do you do when you’re burned out and can’t afford to go out?

I would like to get a boutique going. I would like the downtown area of La verne where the new stores just opened up. I would als be featuring some arising new artist and their clothing lines. My niece is 19, and she comes and talks to me about everything. She has a good job, she has a good head, on her shoulders. She just got married in May of this year to a wonderful guy thats 23 and she came and asked me how I would feel about her having a baby. I feel like there is absolutely nothing wrong with trying to have a child at her age. They can fully support the baby financially and emotionally. Her mom says she is too young to be planning a family. I think she is responsible enough to handle a child---hell, she's married and thats handful enough! lol! What do you guys think?

Don't you think this year's MTV Music Awards demonstrated very clearly that MTV needs to get off the air for good? I mean, for crying out loud -- Britney gives one of the crappiest performances of her lifetime, Kid Rock gets cited for taking a swing at Tommy Lee over some elementary-school mentality cheap shots, and Kanye West turns into Krybaby Wimp?!?!! Sorry, MTV has completely lost its relevence and the so-called artists they feature have no redeeming qualities whatsoever (the trash they call "music" they put out is no better than their character as human beings). What ever happened to the days when music videos were an entertaining art form that involved actual honest-to-goodness MUSIC?

Can somebody offer a suggestion. I am buying a basic desktop computer for someone who is dyslexic. She isn't good at setting electronics up (even hooking a monitor to a console). I can't help, since she lives a few hundred miles from me. What would be the best strategy to buy a new, basic desktop computer (console, monitor, keyboard, mouse, cheap printer) from someplace (store, company, chain, etc.) so the place I purchase it from would also come to her house and set it up for her? I don't want to spend more than $400-$600. Is there a 'one stop shopping' place that would do that? (She lives in Philadelphia.) Or would it be better to just order a computer sent to her place, and hire an independent technician to set it up? Thanks.

This technology could mean knocking out our electrical lines for months and there would be no transportation, no refrigeration, no communication for our masses for months. Our people would starve to death. Since this is such a serious threat why are our borders not extended more than 10 miles out at sea? Why are we not making preparation to combat this type of threat? Ok I am sick of being sick(who isn't?). I got a cold or something from taking care of my neice while she's sick.

I've had it for three days and I've had sore throat a noisy rattling cough and a stuffy nose. Snot's clear. How to get over this?

Yesterday I've tried drinking a lot of juice and drank 22 oz. of water. It didn't seem to make any difference. Would it be dumb to go to the doc to get this over with?

I have been advised that the "first litter" from a female dog will produce the best puppies (most trainable, best tempermant, etc.). The more litters she has, apparently the quality of the puppies diminishes. I have been advised that this is just as if not more important than the quality of the parents.

Thoughts? This makes no sense to me, either genetically or common sense wise. Nonetheless, they are insistent.

What do you have to say about this? We Muslims are told everyday that we are terrorists. We're told we all want to kill you (Puh lease! You're not worth the jail time and I'm not an idiot to kill somebody for believing differently than me anyways!) Did it ever occur to you that there were Muslim victims of 9-11 too? Or did you only see the American Christians as victims who died, but ignored the American Muslims that were alongside them going through it and helping out?
