I have heard that curcuminoids, the yellow base found in tumeric helps with lowering stress and depression. Is this true? Is this in a multivitamin also? What other nutrients help with depression and stress? Thank you. =)

We get accustomed to certain driving conditions, then when a situation changes radically, like snow on ground, or flooded roads, some of us are not well prepared for how best to deal with conditions we may not have seen before or for a long long time. As the school year starts up again, we will be encountering children commuting with school, some so young it is their first time.

We motorists need to be especially alert for kids who don't know safe ways or places to cross the street.

We know to stop when there is a school bus stopping, even on other side of highway, because there are far too many accidents when kids crossing street after getting off a school bus, or crossing street to where school bus is to pick them up, or they playing around the spot where school bus will come.

What else should we watch out for as summer ends and school starts?

He understands everything but is physically disabledand has a hard time communticateing-but i understand him. He can move-just it's all a cordination thing with mobility-he has a very bright personallyity and i want whats best for him-he means the world to me......and hes my age-...but i really want to say thanks for everything you and other people have done! We have been friends for 2 years now, and I like hanging out with her because she's quiet, unlike my other friends. But in two years I am still trying to get used to her ways. She comes from a very strict family(whenever we're out, Dad always calls to check on her), and her mom is sick. Also she and her sister hate each other, which I know there is sibling rivalry, but they are extreme. Anywho.. we were in the mall yesterday, and I heard a noise that scared us both and out of instinct I reached for her hand. She aggressively pulled away and it tugged at my heart strings a litte. She'll never hug me and she's told me that she's never told anyone at all that she loved them, not even family. I dont want to change her or anything, but is there a way I can get her to open up, or should I just not deal with her anymore? And also, am I maybe being too sensitive about the whole thing? I'm very affectionate with friends and family, so this is quite weird to me.

...at vacation resort... he is 19 years older (I am 27 & divorced) and has 4 children some of which almost my age and lost his wife a year ago after 20 years of a very happy marriage... he lives and has his own business in Canada and I am from center of Europe where my family lives and I have a great job... which makes everything so difficult of course... he is falling in love it seems too... I've been over to Canada and he is coming to Europe for the 1st time on my birthday...and it will be 6 months since we met for the 1st time.
My heart says "let's go" and my mind tells me "stop"... would you let yourself go further... falling in love without thinking what the future would be like because of all this "practical" issues and huge differencies... or would you end up the relationship even knowing that this is the love of your life? but what if he will never be able to love you as you love him, have children because he had it all already in his life...how do you know what is right ???

My boyfriend always checks out other girls in front of me. I understand that it's human nature to be attracted to others and even look once in a while but he does it ALL THE TIME. And he always stares at practically the same type of girls: blondes with mini skirts and their boobs hanging out. I told him to stop it and he's like you do it too and I said "No I don't" because I really don't look at other guys like that. It really makes me jealous, considering he looks at them up and down right in front of me. He doesn't even try to hide it, just does it so openly and it's getting really annoying. What should I do?
