I just got a perm done and I love it. But i want to maintain it properly so that it will lasts longer. I tied my hair up when i went to bed the night after I got my perm, and I'm wondering if that has made the perm limp.

What can I do or use to make my curls more defined and fuller again to make it last?

Right now the only access I have to this type of info comes from the internet, and the internet just isn't too reliable.

I'm reading conflicting stories too, one says he got his head bashed in, another says he just backed him into a wall and grabbed him by his lapel, and another says he threw him into a table. What are news agencies and the like saying about this?

Also, I know this supposedly happened in July, but I'm just now finding out about it so I apologize if I'm the only one on the planet who doesn't know about this

I'm in color guard and cheerleading and was stretching my leg in a leg stretch one day when I felt something tear. It felt fine, but the next day, I couldn't do anything anymore, not even the easiest of leg stretches, which is saying something because I am usually pretty flexible. It stopped hurting for about a weekend, but it's starting to hurt again. The pain feels like something is pulling...I can't really describe it. It's right where my thigh connects to my butt in the back. I have to do full leg stretches up to the split this coming Friday, so I need to know what I can do to at least lessen the pain. I've tried ice and icy hot, nothing has worked. I even rested it for a few days, but it just hurt worse. Any ideas? Oh, and after the few days when it got worse, I took care to do very simple stretches that I held for at least 30 sec, but it didn't even stretch the pain away, which is what I usually do for muscle injuries.

i drive for a living which means your driving record is very important .My company is out of state but they lease trucks from a truck leasing co. in my state they handle all the maintanence and they hold the tittle and the registration is in the leasing co. name too.I was on my route the other day and a cop was behind me and pulled me over the registration was expired by 2 mo. not knowing I was handed a ticket this will be on my driving record. most companies look down on a driving record with too much on it exspecially if your job hunting .this will be on my record for 3 to 5 yrs. prople with legal knowledge are encourage to reply

My mom thinks that I can't go to my best friends house just because her mom won't let her come over to my house. The reason she can't come over is that her mom thinks my dad is a creep, which he isn't, so now I can't see my best friend. Does that seem unfair or is that unfair? My mom thinks that just cause my friends mom can't find time to chat, that i can't socialize with her daughter. Some one explain why mothers are such a pain in the ***.
